Like this one because of the multiple levels & clean bathrooms. Kids sleep like rocks after Only real complaint is tonight someone, presumably the manager (the only adult working), was smoking weed in the back or bathroom. You could smell it everywhere. If you must get high at work, get a odorless vape for Pete's sake, it's a kids play place. A few minutes later 1 of the teen workers emerged from the back with febreeze & sprayed it all over. Then, manager & 2 teens went to chill outside in front of the store for 30 min or so, leaving 1 teen girl to hold down the fort. I made sure to tell her thanks & that she's doing a great job on our way out. Not exactly role model behavior from the "manager".

However, planning the party with Kids Empire was less than impressive to say the least. Our contract was signed and agreed upon and then we were charged for the incorrect amount at the time of payment. When we needed to pay the difference (after we already signed an agreement) the "manager" who had no name tag but is a male with dyed red hair and an unkempt beard threatened to kick out a 6year old and her guests. After a lengthy conversation, then the correct amount was charged. I can easily say I will NEVER plan another party with Kids Empire, and I recommend you the same.

The gear for sale and for rent is really convenient, and the online waiver process is a snap. The only thing holding the stars back to 5 is that a couple of the staff have been pretty grumpy when the gym is busy. Most of the staff have been great, but it would be nice for all staff to make guests feel welcomed joyfully.

We can watch those with physical limitations, over come them through the tenacity of clever problem solving skills when climbing mountains. Even Reba McEntire used it as a symbol of overcoming great odds. In 2020, I sought to make this destination I frequented regularly. This was early in the year, before everything shut down and mountains were too dangerous again. However, I'll always have the good times forged climbing multicolored stones. This has been a place of enlightenment, of humbling, and a rebirth of capabilities. This enormous location, is an endless playground. There are all the challenges that excite nearly every kind of climber. Nearly any age can participate. Then the cherry on top, of a mountain of cream, is that the trainers/leaders are eager to encourage excitement in first time climbers. That is what separates this location from others, the kindness and willingness to teach others to be a good belay. It's clear that they want to spread the excitement over such a transformative hobby. It was so affective, I married the last person I took there on our first official date. It was a Covid wedding in 2021, but that only added to the excitement of climbing this mountain, we call marriage. Thank you for this location and its people.

Plus, I paid for 90 minutes for my teen and they shorted him about 10 mins. I know that's not much, but I paid for those 10 minutes! Everything is pricey there, including the food. My boy enjoyed himself none the less, but if you go, be prepared to fill out a waiver for everyone under 18 (which is most users). Its ok for the occasional treat, but not a regular thing.

The equipment seems to be maintained & in good working condition, which is very important for a jump park. We all have a great time jumping, swinging, and sliding each visit. Staffing is friendly & abundant to ensure safety rules are being followed by the blind by excitement clientele. The unfortunate side of the coin is that this place is absolutely filthy. We've been coming weekly since June. The same piece of candy, once a colorful orange skittle, is smashed on the stairs every time getting blacker as the days go by. The floors clearly have not been swept or mopped, ever? There is a thick layer of dust on every surface the kids or parents don't touch like outsides of slides, crossbars, games, tops & spring covers of trampolines. The handles on the slide mats were clearly once colorful & now dingy black with skin flakes, oils, & dirt. Bathrooms are atrocious. Never once have I seen the workers cleaning anything. At regular price, we do not step foot in here. Summer pass makes the couple of bucks per visit worth it. Just make sure your everyone's hands are washed well when you leave because no one is wiping anything down around here.

The teachers are great, they give personalized attention to the kids with the aim to help them grow mentally and physically. They are very careful around smaller kids and it's a great way to have them interact. They have been super understanding and helpful in pandemic. Cleaning the gym thoroughly after every session and ensuring that parents and kids are comfortable. They not just give your kids a gymnastic experience but also make it fun for them. Even if your kid has a hard time following, is distracted they handle it in a very nice way. The best part is that the teachers are more like friends for the kids and play along with them which makes the kid more interested and easy to understand the instructions. Our son can't wait to keep going back! Definitely love this place.

I had left this gym, my family separated itself from this establishment and they did not contact us out of concern. They contacted us as soon as they saw my review. My reviews are honest and detailed. What my son and I experienced was real and awful. Now I am being harassed for sharing the truth about how things were handled. If they were truly concerned with my son Mr. WILL would not have told me that Hendrix was the new kid and kids will be rough. He wouldn't have told me that he would not address the parents because they were a tight knit group. When I told him we were ending our membership he was matter of fact and cold. No one called to check in on how Hendrix was. Now they still haven't done that! They saw my honest review and instead of making amends and apologizing, they insulted me and became defensive. This is the type of business these people run. I truly hope they make positive reform to create a safe space for children and parents to speak up for their children. They could not do that for my family. Beware!
