Enjoyed a hearty breakfast at Cremat 11 before visiting the Picasso museum which is right next to this gem of a restaurant. The service was impeccable. The food was delish as were the drinks. I very much enjoyed the wild berry orange juice. The restaurant is an older building and decorated with modern art giving it a fun aesthetic.
The family went here for a lunch after seeing Picasso Museum and the citadell park. Boys enjoyed the pancakes while the adults enjoyed the Benedict eggs and the burger with potatoes and bacon. Fast service even though they were pretty busy. They even put out an extra table outside so we could be seated in 5 minutes (probably max performing their cook)
This was a very popular brunch spot, we had to wait until a table opened up. It was worth the wait. Service was excellent. Prices were reasonable. It's not a huge place so you'll have to be patient with the wait. I would come back again. -lady in red cold press - wild berries and orange 5/5 -Sally up - ginger, orange, and lemon 5/5 -sausage n'eggs - Catalan sausage stuffed with foie gras and 2 poached eggs 5/5 -passion fruit pancake 5/5 - generous amount of food. Fruit was fresh. Pancakes were delicious.
We had heard good things about this brunch place and were excited to try. Cute trendy brunch spot in an alley near central Barcelona. We were seated right away. Service was good. We got coffee and fresh juice, which were both great. - Smoked salmon Benedict (4.5/5): Perfect pairing with the hollandaise, poached egg, and saltiness of the salmon. The bit of dill was a great addition. The side salad was a bit small but yummy. - Steak and eggs (4/5): Steak was cooked and seasoned well. Eggs were runny. Kind of a typical steak and eggs but still good.
I was early for an appointment and stopped in for a quick bite. I was curious about the pancake Benedict's they have and was not disappointed. I ordered the Pancake Royale. It was a lot. I couldn't eat it all, but it was delicious. The eggs were perfectly poached. I would have been happy with just a tiny bit of syrup but I didn't ask for any. I ordered a café con leche and it was fabulous!! Not weak at all, like a cappuccino. The coffee was great, the food as well and service was quick. By the time I left there was people waiting for a spot. I don't think they take reservations but they accept credit cards. My son has been on the hunt for pancakes, I think I'll bring him next time.
My family ended up here because the first place I was targeting was mis-located on the Yelp App and the second was also out of operation. Located behind the Picasso Museum Cremat 11 is the name and address. Limited seating inside but quite a few tables outside in the courtyard. Without asking, about 15 minutes later the servers made a couple of new tables in the courtyard to accommodate us and another couple. We also have a GF daughter and the pancakes were served with greasy berries and a light but tasty Carmel sauce. The poached eggs were very good as well and served warm and with fresh bread.
This was honestly one of my favorite meals in Barcelona. I'm a breakfast girlie, so I definitely prioritized brunch while in the city and Cremat 11 came highly recommended on yelp (and was only a quick walk from our hotel). It is a relatively small restaurant so there was about a 15 minute wait but it was definitely worth it. I was intrigued by the salmon pancakes benedict- pancakes normally carry a "sweet" connotation for me- so I ordered that and I was surprised at how delicious it was. I ate every bite of the pretty generous portion. My husband ordered the vegan breakfast and also devoured all of it pretty instantly. The service was very fast, the atmosphere was cute (no AC, but they do have fans inside to keep you cool, and there were lots of great menu options, including some really yummy drink options. It's located in the Born neighborhood, where there is lots of cool stuff to see and do so it's for sure a great place to start your day in BCN!
Stumbled upon this chic brunch place on our last day in Barcelona exploring El Born and what a nice surprise! By our last day we were a bit tired of eating tapas and paella by this time and finding a brunch spot was exactly what we needed! They had outdoor seating but sat us inside. It was full on a Tuesday and ambiance was nice and trendy! Staff was also very friendly! My husband had passion fruit pancakes which he devoured and said it was so good he wished some of the brunch places we had at home had this on their menu! I had the eggs Benedict with bacon and I have to say it was without a doubt one of the best eggs Benedict I've had! It was cooked to perfection and the bacon was crunchy and washed it down with mimosas was the perfect start to our day! Near the Picasso museum too! Highly recommend!
Saw this menu online and it was reasonably priced and everything sounded delicious! We arrived at 10:30am on a Saturday. I assumed it wouldn't be busy as I know the nightlife goes late in Barcelona. We got the last indoor seats, it is a tiny restaurant nestled inside old stone walls. The energy was bright and the music playing was surf rock & other fun songs. The eggs Benedict with the bacon was amazing, the bacon was perfectly crispy and thick and the brioche bread soaks all the egg. The star of the show was the papaya pancakes with papaya curd that me and my partner split. I didn't think we could finish it but they were so delicious we ate it all. The strawberries even taste amazing, no GMO strawberries here. Great flavors
Our brunch at Cremat 11 this morning was amazing! The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed two different types of Eggs Benedict, an American breakfast pancakes, orange juice, and coffee. The staff made us feel welcome. It's a great place to start your Barcelona visit, I recommend it!

Food & service 5 stars My husband & I ate lunch there after our visit to Museo Picasso - literally out the door of the museum. -delicious vegetarian plate - avocado , toast , potato's etc. -he ordered short stack of pancakes - big portion enough for lunch. Great breakfast and brunch spot in Barcelona. I enjoyed the smoked salmon Benedict (on sourdough instead of brioche), side of potatoes with a fresh cream topping, and orange juice with lemon and ginger. My husband had the steak and eggs with the orange juice with berries. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was great. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table outside on Friday around 11:30am. read more

This was an amazing brunch experience. I had the fois gas stuffed sausage and eggs Benedict. My wife had avocado toast and gluten free bread. Would highly recommend this place. Service was good as well read more

The food here was incredible! The pancakes looked delicious but I went with the sausage and eggs and it was so yummy! Also just a very cute spot in general with nice decor. Indoor and outdoor seating was available as well! read more

Wow! What can I say. We Stumbled across this little gem of a spot whilst on the last two days of our trip in Barcelona. The establishment was modern, well decorated and clean. The Staff are super friendly and accommodating, service was prompt and efficient and the food was absolutely beautiful in both taste and presentation. I also found the prices to be very reasonable. I highly recommend this spot if you want a lovely, fresh breakfast while in Barcelona. :) We will hopefully be back and wish this spot and the staff all the best for the future! read more

This meal was absolutely phenomenal! I got the Eggs Royale and my friend got the Sausage N'eggs and we both got the raspberry lemonade. The drinks were super refreshing and sweet. We both loved our entrees and finished the entire plate! My only complaint would be that I'm not in Barcelona to come again. read more

I've been in Spain for a month and this was the best meal I've had the entire time. Everything about the atmosphere is perfect and it is just a great experience. The shortstack pancakes with chocolate sauce is amazing and their iced latte is so good. Best I've had. The service is perfected and I wish I wasn't leaving tomorrow so I could come here again. read more
Good food. Nice restaurant. Slow service and if you're sitting outside it smells like your eating in a bathroom. When busy they start a line opposite the restaurant next to a wall that hasn't been cleaned in what smells like the last 50 years. If I were to go again I would make a reservation and show up on time to avoid waiting and sitting outside. I would highly recommend doing so if you're planning to go for a meal there. read more

Super cute restaurant close to the Picasso museum. Even though it's small in size, waiters and waitresses work their best to get you seated quickly. Great music and vibes. Stopped by on a Sunday, late morning. Beautiful July day. Got a table outside. Eggs Benedict on sourdough with spinach and ham was scrumptious. Avocado toast on sourdough was delicious. Very fresh. Perfectly roasted tomatoes. Generous with the avocado. Add bacon for a truly decadent brunch. Bloody Marys were delicious. Spicy rim. Add bacon (pro tip), especially in a region this skilled with ham. Quiet area, church bells. Outdoor tables were 4 tops with nice umbrellas. It's next to a Plaça with lots of dog walking. All friendly. Friendly staff. They'll come once and not bother you, so as in most places you need to ask for the check or if you need anything after the food arrives. ¿Podemos tener la cuenta? Oyster was incredibly delicious, fresh from the sea, on a bed of ice with a Bloody Mary back. Taste was so good I hesitated on the drink. read more

It doesn't matter who you are...(but you are special)...All that matters is that you stop here. This is why (in no particular order): 1: (Comfort) Let's be honest, your feet are tired and you're completely sick of looking at Google and Yelp for suggestions from people that you don't trust are anything like yourself (I speak to the unification of all people). The chairs here are very comfortable!!! 2: (Personality) We came and met Steph and Virgil (on two separate occasions - notes to you both below). They along with the ambiance make for the perfect break from the tourist chaos. They are warm, inviting, and holy shit do they make an amazing drink! Likewise, the art on the walls add flavor to your day. In fact, I like them more than Picasso (don't hate me artsy folks - I like what I like). Aurdra Molliex (Instagram: @junglebosses) has an incredible talent that will excite you and intrigue you. 3: (The drinks!!!!!). The Old Fashioned will blow your mind (do it with bourbon vs rye) and OMG.... get the espresso martini. Seriously... do it. We both know you need a pick-me-up from all that walking (the espresso in it is incredible) and believe me, it will taste delicious. 4: (Location) Cremat11 is central to EVERYTHING! If you're like me and your girlfriend is dragging you to the Picasso museum and you have little interest but know you have to impress, stop here before and afterward. It will make Picasso more interesting than he already is and help you feel artistic yourself as you consume artisanal beverages. 5: (Food/Tapas!!!!) There is so much food here in Barcelona that it's almost sinful to eat a full meal only to wait 4 hours to eat again. If you're at any point trying to figure out what to eat for a full traditional meal, come here first! The oysters are extremely fresh (and they come with a mini Bloody Mary shot!). As for the rest of the food in my pictures, I don't really know what my girlfriend specifically order but wow it is SO GOOD!!!! It doesn't matter who you are...(but you are special)...All that matters is that you stop here. This is why (in no particular order): Notes: Steph! You're stunning and exceptional as a human. I wish we had more time to chat. Virgil, I write this as I have begun devouring the food that's just been delivered. You are a stand up human being and I am grateful that we met you this evening. Loved, loved, loved this place. The atmosphere (decor, lighting, music mix) - perfect. The food top notch as was the attentive and friendly (but not obtrusive) service. Our favorite? The Bloody Mary oysters. We are only in town for a few days but plan on a revisit before we leave. read more
