I had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Patel and his assistant Tiffany. They both did such an amazing job making me feel comfortable and reassured. The extraction went smoothly -- I didn't feel a thing. A week later, I went back for fillings with Dr. Whitney, who went above and beyond to make everything look flawless. Needless to say, I've been to the dentist three times in three weeks and already have a treatment plan to go back again -- and I'm actually excited about it! I can't wait to wear a confident smile again. Not to mention, the office is so inviting. Everyone is smiling, kind, and welcoming. They've also partnered with a company that offers payment plans, which makes everything so much more manageable. Highly recommend!

The only complaint I ever had previously was that I had a filling that felt strange after the fact (the feeling eventually went away), and I know another patient at this dentist who had a similar experience. However, I had an issue with my upcoming appointment which is impossible to overlook. I usually receive a confirmation email before my appointment, but this time I did not. The day before the appointment, I called to check that everything was ok. They told me that my appointment was still scheduled and they hadn't been in touch because they somehow had an incorrect phone number on file. However, they also told me that they didn't have a dentist in the office on Fridays, and would only be able to do the cleaning and not the exam. I asked to reschedule to a time when a dentist would be available, and was told that it would not be until October. This was unacceptable as it is important to have an exam every 6 months. I also asked why I was never contacted about this, and why I was able to make an appointment if no dentist would be available. I was told that the Friday dentist had resigned in March, which should have given them a full three months to contact me or find a dentist who could cover the appointment. I was also told that they had stopped using their third party email service to contact patients for confirmations. When I eventually was passed off to the office manager, she only made excuses and spent a long time talking about their response to Covid-19, but she was not willing to answer any of my questions. Unfortunately, they have lost my business and I will be looking for a new dentist.

He gave them a second chance after a past issue, and instead of professionalism, he was ignored, disrespected, and dismissed again--by the same front desk staff. He greeted them politely, asked to speak to a manager, and calmly shared his concerns. Instead of listening, they argued, refused to take any responsibility, and unbelievably said they would call the police if he "kept talking." That's beyond unprofessional--it's outrageous. I'm honestly shocked by how he was treated. There's no way I'd trust this office with my care. If that's how they handle patients, I want nothing to do with them.
