My extended family of seven seniors had a wonderful week at Lake Twain Hart. One small note: the cabin is not walking distance from the lake for seniors. It is about 8/10 of mile. however, it is a very short drive, and there was ample parking.

Every step of the way with them has been pleasant and well-informed, and we've appreciated the professionalism and knowledge of the area provided by Kelley (our realtor). Customer service has also been fantastic - they are always at the ready with recommendations for service providers (from plumbers to painters to tree removers to general handymen), and have done us multiple favors when we've needed them to go and check on something at the cabin. In short - I couldn't ask for a better set of experiences, and would highly recommend Cedar Creek to anyone looking to rent or purchase a cabin up in the Arnold area.

Tried to go in person to discuss horrendous condition of cabin but was told well did you call the emergency number ? The person did not want to be bothered helping. They refunded the cleaning fee but ghosted us via email after we inquired and followed up about getting more compensation for the mold, filth and unusable cookware in the kitchen. Photos speak for themselves. I posted review to their website for the Huckleberry House where I rented and it is not shown .. how convenient. What is shown is a few 5 stars from several years ago about it being so "clean". FALSE ADVERTISING. Lucky they don't allow reviews on their Facebook or else I would stick these photos there as well.

I've had more problems with this apartment than the one I was living in , in Stockton We've had problems with the manager Andrea sending us a $50 bill as we "canceled our insurance for our apartment" when I called her to address this bill and we did provide proof of insurance when we first moved in (as it's required) she said she never received proof of Our insurance when we moved in and that's why we got the bill. Called the insurance company who confirmed we DID NOT cancel our insurance and had to resubmit proof and later the bill was dropped. Then a few months later she sent the same bill claiming the same thing and had to do the whole process again. When we moved out she sent a cleaning bill which we thought would be taken out of our deposit but she told us "they switched systems and our deposit was accidentally put towards a month of rent" which she did not disclose when we were living there at all and chose to disclose this issue once asked about it. Now we are stuck paying over $250 since she screwed up on the deposit . Also trying To go to the office was unpredictable as she was never back on time from her lunch (sign when she will be back on the door) ‍ When we moved in ,the apartment was clean and the grounds/pools are maintained. However due to our vehicle broken into, packages stolen and all The problems with Andrea I do not recommend this apartment. If you look at the other reviews it's not the first time this manager has caused problems.

When we came to the area looking for a 55+ community there were really only two choices: Rambling Hills in Columbia and Sonora Hills in Sonora. Each has their advantages. Sonora Hills is directly across from the Sonora Regional Medical Center and for some, this is a must. My wife and I preferred a more country environment and Rambling Hills fit the bill nicely. The rent is very reasonable for any park in which you would want to live. The Park boasts a large clubhouse suitable for Park functions in addition to functions an individual resident may wish to hold. There is a heated spa and a pool. Management is not of an "in-your-face" type. You are free to live your life without overbearing management. The owners of the Park are wonderful. They have not raised the rent in the time they have owned the Park and are very receptive to resident's concerns provided they are treated with respect. In addition they have provided a community garden and orchard for the residents use. We are no longer residents here due to health and financial issues but we would like to thank George Bean and Kila Peterson (owners) for providing a beautiful, reasonably priced place to live. We would not have been able to sell our home here without their help. In short, we would highly recommend this park for any active senior.
