She never apologized, seemed to have a big ego, and was a hothead. Animous parent

And we have always had to commute 40 minutes or more when we were living on the mountain. The office does get bent out of shape if you are late. We chose NCO in anticipation of their Scott's Valley office opening. 20 mins from home! Great ...Well That took longer than expected. So yeah, I felt misleaded. From the very first appointment for my daughter, everything was smooth, informative, and stress-free. The team was transparent and upfront about the full treatment plan and associated costs, which we really appreciated. At every visit, the staff has been exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. They are also responsive and available when it matters most. When a band came loose after hours--just before we were leaving for a three-week trip--Dr. Hulme personally returned my call right away. He coordinated with a team member, Shandy, who met us at the office within the hour to take care of it. That kind of dedication and care is rare and truly appreciated. While orthodontic treatment can be challenging, Dr. Hulme and his team go above and beyond to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible.

I have other health issues, and the surgeon was receptive and thorough in acknowledging them and made me feel comfortable and confident that there would be no complications. I was put under with no issues, and I only had swelling and bruising on one side from one of the teeth, the rest healed well with hardly any swelling and no further bruising at all. When the numbing first wore off, I started feeling a lot of pain and they filled pain meds for me with no question, but the pain died down shortly after and I didn't end up needing more than tylenol and advil. I was able to follow the instructions they gave and had zero complications. My top sockets have already filled in and the bottom ones are on their way as well. I was able to keep my wisdom teeth through adulthood because I didn't have any complications until I started having health issues, and even then, I still kept them in 1 or 2 years longer than I probably should have. I was completely avoiding it due to the nerves so I really appreciate this team for taking such good care of me! Thank you!
