I had my wisdom teeth removed here earlier this week. During the procedure I was told that I had an…read moreasthma attack (I do not have asthma). After the surgery, I called the office to follow up and ask questions about the recommended steroid medication. When I expressed concerns about taking steroids, the staff member on the phone began discussing another patient's personal genetic history related to steroid use, which felt like a serious HIPAA violation. When I pointed this out, the staff member Brianna became upset transferred me to Dr. Cline who ended the call without any help. The situation left me feeling very uncomfortable and concerned about both the professionalism and the handling of patient information. Neither Dr. Madsen nor Dr. Montana are there anymore, but Dr. Reuter has given me A++++ work for the last decade or so. The cheerful staff and atmosphere don't hurt either. I went back for a periodontal deep cleaning (scaling and root planing) and that went well, too -- even the scary part getting numbed up with multiple needles at the beginning (I hate that part)!
