After our last printing company we had it with all of their mistakes so our company was in search for a a new printing place that could do what we needed and deliver. We gave them a shot after calling numerous printing companies and not being able to get what we needed. We email the printing company PDF books that need to be printed and bind that contain at least 100-200 pages. They were able to get this done and bind them perfectly. There was an issue with one of the pages and they called us to let us know and told us how they could fix it and got it done. Our last company would just put it on us and make us try and re-size it on our own but not at Creator Print. They came across a problem, called us then got it done on their own. This is the type of business that I like. They are very efficient and get our delivery's to us with no problems. Super quick turnaround. Print quality was fine. Cut quality was fine. Binding was bullshit - literally 3 heavy duty staples hammered through the 20 100lb sheets. One of the staples didn't go all the way through, so a second staple was hammered through. Wish the dude on the phone could have clearly communicated, called me during the process to let me know the staples wouldn't go all the way through, or even just refused to do it because it would look like shit.
