I began speaking with Daniel at JMP, he was nice, courteous n helpful, he offered me a great price. I showed up today, I was a bit confused as to where it was at first, but immediately found it on Lap #2. Lol Along with my oil change they did a multipoint inspection and recommended a few other services that I will have done at a later time. The waiting room was CLEAN 10 out of 10, their restroom was SUPER CLEAN, and they even had coffee, tea, hot chocolate and choices along with cookies and snacks to choose from. I…read morestopped by one afternoon to get an estimate on re-painting one door of my car that had been previously worked on by a mobile dent removal/paint guy, and the roof because the clear coat was wearing out due to sun damage. It wasn't looking good and I plan to keep the car for another five years or so, so I figured I should look into this. Marcos took a look at the areas that needed work, then brought me into his office. He typed up some information in the computer and got me a quote within 10 or 15 minutes, no problem. The cost was about what I expected and I didn't even bother getting a second opinion. Based on the number of great reviews on Moises, I figured I had found the right place. I scheduled a time to drop the car off on a Monday morning hoping I would only have to rent a car until Friday. They literally got to work right away, sending me photos of the car being worked on by noon. It turned out that the mobile dent guy had done some pretty shoddy work underneath his paint job, and that I would need a new door skin as well if I wanted the car to really look its best. Marcos was honest and said I didn't have to go this route, and could keep it the way it was, but it wouldn't look as good. It would be ok, and better than it currently looked, but if I wanted it pristine, I should consider the new door skin. I figured I'm going this far, so we might as well do it right. The car was ready by Friday afternoon as promised, even though they had to order a new door skin which was not in the plan. When I picked the car up Friday, it looked perfect. In fact, the whole car looked fantastic. The paint was blended perfectly. I feel so much better about this car now. One added bonus to all of this is that Marcos noticed my magnet on the back of the car that says "I [heart] my dachshund," and Marcos mentioned he also has two dachshunds. I always know I can trust a dachshund lover. The only problem is that Marcos is an LAFC fan, and as I am a huge LA Galaxy fan, it was difficult to accept this!

It's hard to know who to trust, but Armen made me feel completely comfortable from the very beginning. Not only was the initial quote very reasonable (compared to the other shops I contacted), but they also called me to let me know that some of the repairs they originally estimated weren't actually necessary. They could have easily charged me the full amount, and I never would have known, but instead they were completely honest and lowered the cost. That level of integrity is rare. The damage to my car was on the body, and I was told it would likely need to be replaced. Instead, they were able to repair it, and it honestly looks brand new. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I left feeling like I found an auto shop I can genuinely trust. If I ever need body work again, I'll definitely be coming back, and I'll be recommending them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.

Armen give me an estimate until he saw it in person. We were happy with the estimate and went to take her car to the shop. The price was still the same and Armen explain the whole process to us. The cost was very reasonable and less than we thought it was going to cost. They accept cash and credit card with no fee. The work took about 3 days and they went above and beyond on the work. There was some internal damage that we couldn't see but Armen fixed them with no additional charge. They also washed the car and was in the process of applying the tire dressing when we arrived to pick up the car. It looked better than before and we are overjoy with the amazing work they did. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone who need body work on their car. Customer service is top notch and their craftsman is amazing. The warranty is also lifetime so that's always good.

But because business hours are during the week it took some coordinating and a day off from work to get the car in. Jamie said Wednesday was fine and when i brought the car in the tint guys was out. He had another guy look at it but wasn't able to fix the crease so they said they would make me a new reservation. So now I have to take another day off work and waiting to hear back if it's going to be fixed right. Will update again when it's fixed. The car came in brand new in black, and we had them apply a stainless steel-colored satin wrap, ceramic protection, window tint, and smoked taillights. The transformation is incredible. The satin finish makes all the high-gloss black and red elements pop in a way they didn't before. It's striking. We've already had multiple people stop and comment - including someone at a gas station who said it was going to be his next car. Now the Volvo. It's over seven years old but still in great shape with under 38K miles, and I wasn't ready to part with it. Instead, I refreshed it. The original two-tone white and black is now wrapped in a British racing green-colored wrap, and it has completely changed the car. The existing black and red accents stand out in a whole new way and paired with the rare lava-colored interior carpets, it feels like a brand-new car again. And yes, it's also getting plenty of attention on the road. The craftsmanship at Diamond is top-notch. The technicians clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the final product. But the standout is Cooper in the front office. He's an excellent communicator and is fully focused on making sure everything is exactly as expected. I do not recommend working with this company or leaving your car here…read more I had a very bad experience with them. First of all, just two days after the PPF installation, the film started peeling off, especially around the edges and corners. Philip told me this was "normal" and that everything would be fixed during the follow-up correction appointment. I came back for the correction, and they repaired the areas that were lifting. However, I also noticed that my front bumper had been wrapped using four separate pieces of film, with the pieces overlapping each other. I was told this was normal. I wasn't happy with that at all, but I decided to let it go. After the correction, the exact same problem came back. The film started peeling again from the corners, around the door handles, and in multiple other places. I also noticed that the film had changed color and became more yellow than it was originally. I'll attach photos showing the difference. Overall, I would not recommend leaving your car here. They will keep making promises, avoid taking responsibility, and refuse to properly redo poor-quality work. I don't know how genuine the other reviews are, but my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
