Let's just say Ms Beatriz, who is a young and BEAUTIFUL GOD FEARING SOUL, placed her hands on my head and performed a miracle. My hair had been breaking too because of chemical poisoning (arsenic) from the last stylist in Italy so I was terrified to have someone else do it. Long story short it was the softest my hair had been, almost like I'm now a baby again. I'm not Dominican and have more course hair but these ladies, all of them love what they do and your hair responds so well to that. Hands down the most beautiful experience for anyone who has had hair trauma. Please go here regardless of who you pray to, but I promise you'll find God and all the angels too there. Thank you so much to everyone of you ladies who are talented and care about your craft. Superheroes with a different kind of cape

They ruined my perfectly healthy hair after I had been going there for about two years. I even referred friends with coily hair textures. If you have any type of Type 4 hair, I do not recommend going there. I trusted these people with my hair, and now it is ruined because of a relaxer and chemicals. It is ridiculous how some people want others to be miserable just because they are not like them.

Before her I hated my curls and would fry them straight because no one ever knew what to do in terms of cutting them. I haven't straightened my hair in years now because of her. The amount of compliments I get every day is incredible. Even when I haven't gone in right away after. I mean I leave the house with bed head and it looks like I just got it done. Not to mention her color work. I was always told if I dyed my curls crazy colors it would destroy my hair and curls. That's a lie spread by bad hairstylists. I recommend Lisa to everyone I can. I legit ran outta business cards for her that I use post it notes with her info. Not to mention she makes her cuts look like they should be 400.00 and they are certainly more affordable than that!

Annie, who's done my mom's hair for a decade I believe is the sweetest person ever! Definately the kindest person there. The receptionist, while lovely, was very forceful about trying the Voesh Body Lotion on the desk while I waited for my stylist, even after I said "no thanks, I just applied my own". She then wanted me to try Amika hair & body mist- which I already own and didn't want any more on. I get it's part of their position, but it becomes uncomfortable when I'm repeating myself saying "No" five different ways. The front reception area (right when you walk in- first area you see) & to the left where the TV / product wall is was very dusty, faded photos and advertisements taped to the desk, it just didn't look kept up. (It was enough that I noticed, looked around to see other employees at their stations on their phones and wondered if that was acceptable to do when the salon isn't clean) The stylist at the first station on the left gave me a really nasty look when I walked in and sat down, and brought that up to my stylist because it just seemed...weird. As for my hair, Annie absolutely nailed it. Being it was my first visit with her after looking for a new stylist, I wasn't sure how that would go, but being my mom is VERY particular about her hair and it always looks fabulous, I took a shot with her and am going to return next month. I had a full head highlight done, on long hair, with a cut & dry. Annie took her time, but was very efficient, absolutely lovely to talk to, and knows the profession well. She did exactly what I was asking for. I can put the dust, faded taped up photos, nasty looks, and "try me! Pressure" aside for Annie. 100% recommend her. She's a hidden gem in the local area, and she's my new stylist and I'm so happy to know whenever I go to her, I'll come out feeling fabulous!

I booked an appointment online for a full balayage/ long hair and was quoted a price. My stylist, Carly, reached out to request a photo of my hair so that she was prepared and moved up my appointment an hour earlier to ensure we had enough time. I also provided a photo of the look I had done previously so she'd know exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived, I was greeted by Carly and she was super friendly. The salon looks like a house on the outside but the inside was transformed. The interior is super cute. It's well kept, bright and stylish. The other stylists were so friendly and welcoming. Before the magic began, Carly advised me that my service would actually end up being around $150 more than I was quoted due to the length of hair I have and the product needed. This was definitely disappointing. I expected a variance but not something so drastic, as I booked the service for long hair to begin with. I opted for the partial balayage and it was still more than quoted and over my anticipated budget. That was the only disappointment I had. Other than that, Carly was very professional and she did beautiful work. My hair was the exact shade I was looking for. It was very natural looking. Carly provided information on when to have my look touched up and sent me home with samples of their amazing smelling shampoo and conditioner. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome. I'd recommend Carly. She did a great job and was fun to talk to!
