I spoke with Frank and he was out of the office, because it was after hours, but he was already on it. Every-time I called they would make up a lie or excuse to make it seem like they were on top of it. it seems that they didn't think my boyfriend and I were communicating and they would try to blame him when I was on the phone and vice versa blame me when he was on the phone. They told him I never approved a design and never sent the payment when I never even received a final design and I never even received a price. I got no response. I finally blew up the cell phone number on the email, and the rudest guy tells me $25 for the sign then today $350. Not listening to what I need even though I've communicated several times through phone text and email. Then they said ok can you pay now...I haven't even received a design. Just seems like a bunch of lazy people trying to buy more time and not actually get the job done. They spend more time pointing fingers than solving a customers problem. I told the guy I will leave a bad review and he said that he would sue me and take me to court lol. This guy just can't take responsibility for anything. I'm a customer you gave horrible service and I'm leaving a bad review. Can't sue for that. Give better service, get good review. Thankfully I found someone at KIM TEX sign solutions and they beat their price, worked quickly and had the sign ready same day!
