Somi is the absolute best- I am honestly floored at her ability. I came in with extremely severely damaged hair from bleaching, the texture and shape and style were all just awful. It was in terrible shape, and I didn't really have a lot of hope for what could be done- but I swear I could have cried when I saw what she did! My hair felt softer than it has in months, and the cut/style was perfect! I cannot express how grateful I am for the fix, it looked and felt like entirely new hair. On top of that, she talked with me in-depth about the steps I can take to improve its condition and the different options she had for me as well, all within my budget and without any condescension about my (admittedly) bad choices with my hair. She is easy to schedule with, flexible, and the only person I can trust to always listen to me and provide professional and expertly skilled service and advice. I feel lucky I found her! I have always had a #LoveHate relationships with stylists/salons. Love, when I enter and hate when I leave! But when I visited this salon, SOMI turned it into #LoveLoveItEvenMore relationship! Firstly, she replies to your texts for booking appointments promptly within reasonable amount of time. Her work speaks for itself. You don't need anyone else telling you about it. Visit her and you will know how right I am. Her skillful hands, a brilliant sense of fashion, multitasking brain and her dedication to the work she does so passionately...everything molded in one beautiful person makes me wonder if she's real or a mythical creature. I called for a last-minute day-of appointment and Somi was so awesome and able to get me in within one hour. Now, I know it was fortuitous that she had an opening, but she was so professional and courteous. I needed a hair cut - I had been growing it out for over a year and my ends looked terrible and I was struggling with extra shedding. She was very honest and told me exactly how much needed to come off and approved it with me before ever bringing out the scissors. She was extremely efficient and gave an amazing shampoo (my favorite part). My hair turned out looking so healthy that I didn't miss the length she took off. She was also able to squeeze in threading and eyebrow tinting at the end of the hair cut. The whole appointment was maybe 50 minutes and extremely affordable. I highly recommend her! read more
