I've been to this place a few times. I wouldn't recommend it anymore. I walked in today, two ladies sitting there on their phones, both look at me strangle, say something in their language keep looking at me strangely. Finally, one lady tells me to sit in a chair after they made me feel VERY COMFORTABLE! I would love to feel more welcomed and more like a customer than an issue. Ended up walking out! I can handle a lot but I can't handle being made to feel uncomfortable. In the past, they had a sign outside stating threading is $4, you get inside it's a diff price, wouldn't honor price of the outside sign. That was there for a few months just to lead customers in. The overall place isn't very clean. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore after today's incident. Spend a little more and go to a more sanitized place that also welcomes you more kindly. read more

Still shocked at how terrible this experience was! This place wasn't welcoming at all. The entire time I was having my eyebrows threaded, the ladies were just gossiping loudly amongst each other. I've never had such a painful experience. My skin was getting irritated and my eyes began to tear up a lot more quicker/more than they have ever had in my previous years of getting my eyebrows threaded. Outcome: prolonged reddened skin (I don't have sensitive skin) and VERY uneven/unidentical eyebrows (she destroyed my arch in each brow , brows were painfully thin, unequal lengths of the tails, very wide space between my brows, and there was still hair around my eyelid area.. just terrible) even penciling in won't fix it ! read more

Got my brows the threaded and tinted for 14 dollars which is a great price! Everyone was super friendly and truly wanted you to be happy with your service. I'm over unsatisfied with Heena Salon in Carrollton! I called at 5:45 pm asking if I arrived at 6:20 pm will they still be able to take me. The lady said, yes. So I drove 30 Minutes to the salon and when I walked in she said, were closed. I told her I had called To ask if they were going to take me in so I didn't have to drive so far. I went in here because the other place I wanted to go to was closed for some reason. The ladies here refused to cut my hair. They said they would not do the style I want because they don't agree that it's attractive and that they are scared to do it. I mean, it is their JOB to cut hair and they should be trained to do all kinds of cuts. Mine is very simple. I simply asked to have the back of my head shaved down more since it's grown out. I also asked to have my bangs trimmed since they were in my eyes. They refused to to both these simple things based on THEIR tastes, NOT mine. It's MY HEAD! They had no customers at the moments and they sure did not gain another one. Never again! read more

Been going for a while and no longer a happy customer. Sana who always did my brows used to be able to give me a beautiful shape and tint after. But lately these last 2-3 times has totally butchered my brows. Neither match even the slightest bit. I told her several times not to touch my front of brow (uni brow area) but always did take too much away and leave me with a huge gap in the middle. This place is so unsanitary they don't use gloves for waxing. Some of the people that work in this place don't have a license. They don't like to wax your eyebrows and the reason for that is your hair actually takes longer to grow if you get a wax and it may take weeks to grow so is best for them to threaded so you can come back faster. They will "try" to wax your eyebrows and just wax one eyebrow and for the other one they will tell you that hair is to small and threaded which makes no sense. They just care about the money...and not the customers. read more

I arrived 25 mins before closing they had doors locked with customers inside they looked at me as I attempt to open door no one came to address me they just let me stand there . I've came here for multiple things. full body waxings and face threadings. First, the hispanics in the back that do the full body waxings do not get appreciated ENOUGH. They get every single hair and make you feel so comfortable and hit the bullseye on customer service every time. The owner did my waxing once and missed several spots on my arms, legs, under arms, and tummy. there was a strip of hair she somehow missed. she told me her full bodies never take more than 45 minutes which i can say is true and she needs to stay in the front. I got my threading done a couple times there and one day the lady who was doing mine was basically saying how she didn't want to do service someone to the other girls in urdu/hindi which is my first language. i giggled out of embarrassment because these are supposed to be adults running a buisness. She slapped my arm and told me "you never said you understand", i told her i always have and she shouldn't assume. In conclusion, recommend the sweet and genuine ladies at the back and haven't had too many memorable experiences with the fake and all talk threading ladies at all. read more

The girl did a good job on my eyebrows but she talked to other people the ENTIRE TIME she was barely focusing on threading my eyebrows and it was so irritating. Today we had a wonderful and very patient tech by the name of Shabnam work on my daughter and myself. She made us both feel very comfortable. I was recommended by a coworker so I came for henna tattoos but the service was so great that my daughter decided to try threading(eyebrows). Shabnam was so professional and yet very caring with my daughter and she answered all of my questions . We both had a pleasing and very satisfying time today at this salon. Absolutely horrible! I got heena done, luckily just for fun, and the lady had it look nothing like what I gave her. I mean I am well aware that it would look a little different then the picture because it's different people doing it. But this is awful!!! My 8 year old cousin could have made more symmetrical lines. It was also supposed to look like a flower but is just a giant circle. To be the real kicker that's upsets me is it is not even where I asked for it to be. The picture is pretty damn clear that it is to be on my front near my collar bone. This is on my side shoulder where the centers are nowhere close. I should have never paid $20 for this crappy work. Prior to my trip to Mexico I stopped here for a quick fix. I don't like my eyebrows thin so I always ask for them to just line them up but of course they hardly listen. The woman did a pretty good job and I got my eyelashes done also. The end result of the eyelashes was good but she was not nice about what I wanted her to do; which was put more glue because I could tell one was wobbly. First time coming here and i will say it will be my last. When i approach the desk the lady seemed hella aggressive. I asked her not to make my brows too thin seeing as i barely have them and i only need a little bit of hair took off. While waiting for my tint to set i assume her child or someone she knew came in and was yelling her hair is weird I'm not quite sure who she was referring too but she was loud and very rude ! She kept repeating the insult near me. So the lady pulled the girl to the side and was explaining to her why she couldn't say that and how the person she was talking about likes men. After hearing that i knew it was me she was talking about now I'm not sensitive but that is a no no you don't teach your children to talk about your customers. I used to come here to get my eyebrows done because the prices are really cheap. never again. they suck. they're all on their phones INCLUDING THE OWNER and her name is Femidha. She is terrible. they all rush, no one takes their time on any client. they're all cheap because they're terrible at their jobs. I've gotten my face waxed, underarms waxed, eyebrows threaded and also gotten a brazilian wax from them. the only good part about this salon is the two hispanic ladies in the back. they only do brazilian and bikini waxes but they are so sweet and soft and truly take their time. my first brazilian wax was with them and today i wanted to go again for my second. the owner did me and she was TERRIBLE. she rushed every strip, didnt comfort me at all, didnt even get the whole job done nicely. she made this experience so painful and for an owner you'd think she knows what she's doing... she doesn't. i never write mean or rude comments like this but please do not go to this salon they SUCK. read more

First time here. I saw $4 threading so can't beat that. Ive been threading for good 3 yrs but recently stop cus I hated tugging and pulling on my skin & the hair fallout. I started waxing my brows at salons and, Idc on how much they say "Chemicals so bad for u," then as a salon professional buy GOOD quality wax! The place is small, & seems put together in 1 day. BRING CASH. I learned with most nail shops & places like this if you spend less than $20 bring cash or they'll charge on your card. I had cash luckily. The lady was quick but the work was so mediocre. She didnt brush before threading, she did put on powder (ease pain) & I dont even think she thread the top part of my brows! So Im having to pluck them myself. All it does, is look like she literally just "cleaned it up." Most places would transform my brows every time I went it.
