Buyer beware! We…read morebought a bedroom set here and they have a delivery charge of $90. We agreed to the delivery charge and a week later they delivered the set but did not bring us the mirror included in the set. I called and asked about it and they said it's back ordered. It will take 2 weeks to get here. Two weeks later I had to call again about the mirror they said when the item arrive at the store you can come pick up the mirror yourself or pay them an additional charge to deliver it. The sales guy argued with me about it and said "We told you, all sales final!" Never coming back here again.

The information provided above was not given to my husband before purchasing it. She did offer to have a clothing party at my house and invite friends ( to make more sales), I was not happy with her, I didn't want her at my house. She also said she would be at a store in Newport Beach in Dec of 2023, ...she texted me to let me know Strawberry Cafe in CDM would host a trunk show on the 30th, I reached out on the 29th to confirm, she replied indicating her friend must be on vacation, cause she had not heard from her...a day b4 the event was supposed to happen. She had not arranged anything, she dragged me for a year, so we couldn't do a charge back!! Read the return policy....she will send a shipping label, and only after she inspects the products, not used, tags, etc, she will decide if you get a refund. She is a small business owner, and I support this type if stablishments and I gave her extra slack for this reason..but she has done all she can to not help me, provide horrible customer support, and not get recurring business. I bought lots of items from her at a trank show in Newport Beach, I liked the bamboo material, but her bad customer serive skills had made her products not worth buying them. Today, I reserched her busines. , and the internet does not speak well of her and her business practices. Also, her website, Instagram and Facebook do not provide her store physical address. If you search her business name under google maps, there are no directions. Hope this helps others not be scammed.
