It turned out to be warranty work and my Dyson 12 and I were in the truck and on our way home. No charge. Right then I swore, if I ever need work done, I'm going to Kevin. April,2026...Dyson was acting up so I called Kevin and explained what the machine was doing. Kevin says "bring it down and we will fix it while u wait." He sounded confident so I hopped in the truck and drove 3 hours to the Edina repair center. I walked in, Kevin dropped everything and took the machine in back, fixed it like new, charged me less than $50 and I was back on my way home in under 15 minutes. Unreal!!! If you are thinking of taking your Dyson to anyone but Kevin and the Edina Dyson center, you're crazy!! He and his staff are the most professional, honest people I've had the pleasure to work with. Thank you, Thank you!!! Jim Gareri, Bovey, Mn.

Both my daughter and I purchased appliances for 2 kitchen remodels a little over 3 years ago…read more PJ's Appliance has a Very good selection and amazing prices! Last week the LG fridge I purchased stopped cooling. I called a repair service to have it repaired. Repair service "fixed" my fridge - but in the end I was out some cash and still had a fridge that wasn't working. I called PJ in an effort to find another service tech to look at the fridge. Instead PJ said to come in and he would help make it right with a good deal on a different fridge. Purchased a new fridge this AM. PJ worked with me and i bought another fridge at a great price. It is refreshing to find a company that will stand behind what they sell. He owed me nothing as I knew that I purchased scratch and dent appliances and any warranty that might have existed had long expired. Great experience buying there - highly recommend!!

I have had the best experience with Active Medical…read more My mom, who has trouble walking, needed help to travel to Massachusetts to attend my son's graduation ceremony. When I took my mom to Active Medical, Greg stayed in late for us and patiently helped us pick the right sized wheelchair. Greg also allowed my dad, who has backpain, to try out a scooter in case he needed help to walk as well. Right before the travel day, Greg let me pick up the wheelchair one day before the scheduled date, to save me a trip. Also, Active Medical provided me with a brand-new wheelchair when I explained that I was taking my parents to attend a graduation ceremony. This wheelchair had made it possible for my mom to attend my son's graduation and we are grateful for the outstanding service from Active Medical.

Right off the bat he told me that they don't work on Dyson products and immediately gave me advice on where I can go and who I can call. To say that I was relieved is an understatement. I am a woman and usually, I am very nervous about calling for repairs because a lot of folks try and swindle you when they see that you are not a man. Not this guy, he was very nice and you can hear his honesty through the phone. He gave me ALOT of advice and right away my tensed up shoulders melted right down to my stomach. What a good honest man. I didn't get your name but I just want to say thank you, Sir!

Jerry's for the win, again! They have now helped me with TWO seasonal needs…read more First, they are where I found the cheesecloth that I desperately needed for my Halloween costume. It was exactly right for my purposes. I am absolutely going to use it again the next time that I need to see out of a mask. Ten/ten recommend. Second, they are my go-to for winter insulation. I love my louvered porch windows in the summer--they are great for getting the air flowing. In winter? Somewhat less enamored. My porch gets cold, which means my living room can be a bit more invigorating than ideal. I always know that I can go to Jerry's to pick up window insulating kits that will help seal the cracks and keep me cozy. Good prices and some of the most helpful and courteous staff in town--this is a truly awesome neighborhood resource.
