When I originally called I said "three" not realizing that each key slot was considered separate - I counted by door - whoops! Luckily Josh informed me of this and was totally fine with it, and he went to work. He was super-nice and pleasant and did his job quickly and correctly. We are very pleased with the service Josh provided. Also, the man who answered the phone when I called to make the appointment was SUPER nice. Overall a great company to deal with!

Of…read morecourse, I'm a little biased since it was my contractor who recommended him in the first place, but I definitely appreciated the service and attention to detail. Of course, I did my due diligence by shopping around all the tile stores in the area (Roma Tile, Tile Showcase, United Tile, etc etc). Mickey matched my prices and worked directly with my contractor to arrange pickup and delivery. Not really a budget experience (hence that elusive 5th star), but I felt good knowing the job was getting done right, at a comparable and reasonable price.

With one project, some tile was delayed and Mickey rode all the way to the Cape to deliver the materials in time for the contractors. Another time, I made the mistake of ordering some marble that picked up stains too quickly. Mickey sent people to my home--above and beyond what was expected--to help me with this matter. He is a first class guy and owns a tile store that provides reasonable prices for good products.

They had a 1350sf condo (plus porch and basement) packed in 5 hours and returned the next day to move us from Watertown to Waltham. These guys are amazing. They are so friendly, personable and professional. During one of the worst heatwaves we've seen in Boston in a long time, these guys were unfazed. They had us moved into our new house by mid-afternoon and the move was flawless. In unpacking boxes, I can see how carefully everything was wrapped and packed. Not a single item was broken, scratched or otherwise. A big HUGE thanks to Rare Movers for once again helping us! You guys are amazing!

I reached out to the studio and they told me my item was there... not sure what or how they were planning to get in contact with me. I'm guessing they lost it.... I go to try and pick up my item today, sign says closed 7/18... it's 7/17, no mention on the phone when I called yesterday or on their social media page(s) that they would be closed due. Frustrating to say the least. Items available to paint upon arriving for the visit were sparse so overall, all of these things combined, it was not worth the hassle.
