I tried to ask for a later arrival but was ignored--calls went unanswered and texts were not returned. It took more than eight attempts to get a simple answer. On the day of the party, they claimed to be delayed due to a car accident. Hours passed with no updates. After multiple calls and texts, they finally informed me--by text, not a call--that they would not make it and promised a full refund. No supervisor or owner ever called to apologize, and I never received my refund. After repeated follow-ups, I was sent a fake receipt for $100, despite being owed $461.58. This company is unprofessional, unresponsive, and only interested in taking your money. When things go wrong, they refuse to make it right. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My one and only complaint is that last time we hired PKE the male clown (cant remember his name) repeatedly looked at his watch as if he was in a rush. It was so noticeable one of my sons teachers pointed it out to me and asked if she should gather the kids to take them back to class. Of course, the kids had a fantastic time as well, Ruby and her assistants brought great energy and were able to make every kid (even the more tentative ones) feel comfortable and want to join in the fun. The face painting was spectacular - great detail, long lasting and didn't smear off. I don't think many kids are letting their parents wash their faces tonight! And the balloon art is something you'll want to save as well. Hiring Ruby and Co. was the best decision I made for this party. You won't regret it either.
