My daughter attended a Bday party there. The theme was sweet and atmosphere fun for kids. However,…read morethe project was to paint a shirt and the staff didn't provide smocks or mention that the paint was permanent. Hence my daughter's new dress was completely ruined. When mentioning this, the staff said that they don't provide smocks and that one should know since it's a kid's party. I completely disagree. It is responsibly of the owner not to mention that the paint stains and not to provide smocks!

From our rehearsal dinner through our wedding day, every detail was executed flawlessly. A huge thank you to our incredible Maître d', Phil!! He was simply amazing. His attention to detail was second to none, and he somehow managed to make me feel like the most important bride in the world while also taking exceptional care of our entire family. There wasn't a single detail that went unnoticed. Phil kept us informed every step of the way without ever making us feel overwhelmed, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment. By the end of the weekend, he felt like part of our family--my parents absolutely adored him. Our wedding day would not have been the same without him, and we are so grateful that he was there to guide both our rehearsal dinner and wedding. WE LOVE PHIL! I also have to recognize my incredible bridal attendant, Claudia. She was the sweetest person and anticipated every need I had--even the ones I didn't know I had. She made sure I was constantly fed and hydrated throughout the day, was an absolute expert with my dress bustle, and kept me calm, excited, and present for every special moment. She truly went above and beyond from start to finish. Phil and Claudia are an incredible team, and they played such a huge role in making our wedding everything we dreamed it would be. If you're considering Westbury Manor for your wedding, know that you'll be in the very best hands. Thank you for giving us memories we'll cherish for the rest of our lives!

They decorated the tables and step up everything for the birthday. They gave the kids hand sanitizer before they started the party activities. The kids started the party with inflatables, trampolines, balance beams and more! It was good for all ages and for boys and girls. The place was very festive and perfect for my daughters 5 year old party. They had the inflatable chair for my daughter which made her feel special. I would definitely recommend this place for a birthday party and its affordable. However, it is cash only for the birthday parties just fyi!

The one star is for the facility, it's wonderful…read more The staff was not bad, they were HORRENDOUS. I walked in and you would have thought I had killed their family pets with my bare hands. Besides receiving the nastiest looks on the planet, no one said so much as a hello nor introduced themselves. Acknowledged my children? Not a chance. Okay, a smile for the birthday girl? You guessed it. At this point I'm so uncomfortable, I offer to help set up to perhaps shift the energy. They deferred. We enter the gym and thankfully the kids were able to enjoy because as I said above, the facility is very nice. The staff members softened after my mother said something because frankly, it was upsetting. If you're a parent, you know birthdays are a huge milestone so a little kindness goes a long way in making the day special. Admittedly, I am probably too laid back and should have something but I was too stunned by their behavior. Forget the extra special touches that literally every other facility does such as music preferences of the birthday child, I didn't even want to interact because they were so unfriendly and wildly unapproachable. Party ends and you better believe they were vacuuming and spraying tables by the literal minute the party ended. My kids see their cousins about twice a year and I couldn't even enjoy the moment because I felt the eyes glaring for us to leave. I am imploring you to take your hard earned money elsewhere. I will gladly host your child's party myself to save you the experience we had. Never in my life have I experienced staff this rude in my 40 years of existence. What a heartbreak.

I'd be able to calmly focus on work knowing my kids were safely in front of me. Additionally, this great concept wouldn't be complete if there wasn't a fabulous cafe inside. I also felt the pricing was quite fair. Id probably opt to come her over Starbucks.

One area is solely for Bouncing, throwing balls, climbing and another separate area on the other side of the building for jumping and playing in ball pits. They also provide laser tag games. There is a huge arcade and what I enjoyed, a mini bowling alley with 2 lanes. Everything after you pay to walk in, must be payed for using a card they provide. So you purchase credits to play all the games! It's a money maker for this place. Also you have a small store where you can exchange tickets for prizes. I think you know how that works, spending a big price on tickets for a small prize in the end. : s My son enjoyed the Jurassic world adventure shooting arcade game and likes the jumping area. I was able to go in for about 20 minutes until I was told by a young staff member there that his boss told him that Adults aren't allowed in that play area. Your miles may vary.
