I appreciate how thorough Adrian was and that he really took his time to get to the root of the issue. There is no upswell or trying to get you to buy services you don't need. It was straightforward, honest, and quality service. The problem with our shower drain was all the gross hair and gunk that was lodged there. Adrian cleaned out the drain by snaking it and got all the hardened buildup out of the shower drain cover too! He was fair and reasonable in his pricing. I would highly recommend him and would use him for any future plumbing needs.

I called and explained my situation, which was extra difficult because an entire building's water needed to be shut off and I had a limited window. I would use this company again based on such great customer service.

All three were extremely friendly, polite and made me feel comfortable while I was home alone with my young child. On the second occasion, they were called out due to an excessive amount of foul water pouring into my restroom from the ceiling and walls flooding the area, my bedroom and this same matter that was leaking into my son's room. This time only Angel arrived and was polite and respectful just as the first. There have been false reviews shared here. I am the tenant who lives underneath the woman leaving negative yelp reviews. I was never advised by the plumbers of any living conditions nor feces. However, I was advised that her toilet bowl overflowed and she failed to clean up the water. (With that being said, I made MY OWN assumptions about the water based on the color, smell, the fact that it came from a toilet bowl and I was the first person to notify the HOA of any issues.) This in turn, caused an excessive amount of dirty water to flood my restroom making it unusable, damaged furniture in my bedroom including walls and carpet and also seeped into my young child's room causing damage to carpet and toys (uninhabitable). **Please note that she did not call her own plumber until a day and a half later (they came down to my unit) causing me to believe that she was negligent in her actions, did not take the proper steps to notify the HOA and not honest about the situation. We're in the process of mitigation in three of our rooms and currently living elsewhere due to this issue.

My husband and I thought long and hard before posting this review, but we felt obligated to let…read morepeople know. We looked at the reviews that were posted and realized that the company had another account a few years ago where the reviews were not all 5 stars. That account must have been deleted. This company will actually pay you to leave a good review, which I was offered a few years back. In good conscience I would not accept the offer. We manage a small complex in town, and the owners decided to try this company again. So we called and booked them for some repairs in a vacant unit. Now let me say, for the most part the work is ok. However, after replacing a door stop and adjusting the front door, it had an annoying loud squeaking sound. My husband decided to text Rob and ask him just to come back and adjust it so it would not squeak and to also finish a few things we asked them to do that were left undone. This is the reply Rob sent back to my husband. (XXXX, to be quite candid with you. I dont want to go back for that front entry door issue. There is no money in that. No offense. But this is all about money. I took care of most of the items on the list. I will bill what weve done and when you have a task with more meat on the bone i will return,  if you choose to call us. Thank you.) We were both appalled after reading this. First of all it would have taken mere minutes to make the adjustment to a job that was not done properly or the door would not be squeaking. Second they did not finish the job with all the things we asked them to do. So his text doesn't make sense, because actually there was more work to be done. So just beware if you don't have a large amount of work they don't want to come, and they don't want to make it right if there is a problem because "there's no money in it for them" if they have to come back and make it right. Skip over this company and just hire someone who will do the job no matter how small or how large. Word of advice for the company, work is work. Most people want the work, if you actually DO the work then you don't have to offer a payment, gift card or discount to get a 5 star review. Just a thought.... *******UPDATE*********** We received this text from Rob the owner after he saw the review. This is unprofessional and speaks for itself Hey XXXX, thanks for thr great review on Yelp So sad bro. That honesty offends you. When the world is full of lies. But hey listen, bussiness is all about money. One day perhaps you will understand that. I will not be billing the ( okay ) work that we did. Im not hurting for money, the okay work we do elsewhere, has paid the bills until now. I will let the parable unfold. You reap what you sow. Thanks and may you have a great night. I guess this reviewer doesn't have to say anything further. This company obviously speaks for itself. If you're looking for a really good handyman company, send me a message. I found one more than willing to come out AND in the same day to fix Original Crafts mistakes and complete the work they wouldn't.

I just hate not knowing any reliable plumbers and wading into the great unknown of qualified plumbers (but who can I trust?) Pacific One Contractors of course. Bruce Vaughn, the owner, wrote me a lovely follow up email after my interior paint job was finished and he did say I could contact his company if I had ANY OTHER issues with my home that needed to be taken care of. So I decided to take him up on the offer. It was a Sunday so I went to the company web site and filled out the "Contact Us" section. A couple of hours later I got an email from Bruce saying he would call me the next day. Which, of course, he did. He also came over to my house later in the evening with one of his plumbers to check out my issue. The plumber, Mac, asked a couple of questions and said he could take care of the leak on Wednesday. He showed up on time, showed me what the exact problem was (once he took it apart), went to the store to buy the part, and installed the new part. One hour from start to finish! Mac, like Ron before him, was pleasant and professional (and very tidy). I appreciated that he showed me exactly what was wrong with the old (and very worn out) part.
