Last week was my first time at this central Redmond location, and I was immediately impressed with how much larger it is than other Fed Ex Office locations. They had a huge array and assortment of things like books, office, and shipping supplies, along with the usual shipping center and copiers. I was there, as usual, to print flyers for some upcoming work events, so I used their super convenient Print & Go service to email my flyers to the Fed Ex cloud and then print on one of their self-service color machines. On this trip, there was a small issue with the printer, but an employee quickly responded and fixed it in a matter of seconds. Other than that, everything went smoothly and they were also able to cut my flyers in half on their handy dandy giganto paper cutting machine too. Fed Ex Office has become a big part of my work-from-home routine, and it's good to know there's one so centrally located in Redmond for next time I'm in need of printing.

I submitted three giant full color research posters to get printed by them at two different times and each time they got it done in less than one business day. The first time, they let me verify which type of paper I wanted to use by printing a section of my poster on either paper and I stopped by to look and feel the paper. They then proceeded to finish printing it in 30 mins while I did an errand nearby. The print quality is great, the color is solid and their service is very nice.
