She also asked if I needed stakes and those little follow up questions that made the whole process so seamless. I sent in the art work I had but it was lacking the polish and high res images needed. Luckily Caitlin helped point me in the right direction and looped in graphic designer, Mikayla. I have to say- I use to work with Project Managers and graphic designers in my previous job and if I was still in that role, Id try to recruit Mikayla and Caitlin. They just understood the assignment, gave options ( not pushy at all though) and got the job done in record time. The communication also was top notch and honestly I can't see why Id go anywhere else from now on just from service alone. Parking to pick up was so easy and Caitlin even loaded the heavy boxes into my car for me! While I was leaving I also asked for pricing on a potential future project but since it was during holiday time I wasn't expecting an answer right away. They will hang it for you for a cost, but I had a friend who hung it for me instead. I would have another sign made by them in a heartbeat!
