It's hard to believe that this BEAUTIFUL kitchen belongs to us! Since we had burned by contractors for other jobs in the past, I did my due diligence. Craft was recommended to me by a friend, but I still checked with references and got honest feedback from their past clients. Fortunately, Craft delivered in every way. I would highly recommend them to others without ANY hesitation. Our project required architectural plans and structural engineering as we needed to remove walls. The timeline Craft gave us was adhered to and weekly communication kept us apprised of what work would be done each week. The crew was highly skilled, friendly, and clean. Since we were still living in the home during the remodel, we appreciated the crew's cleanliness and accommodations. Craft brought in expert craftsmen to build our cabinetry and fabricate our stone; both of whom were willing to customize our kitchen with unique touches specific to our requests. When questions arose, Chris and Jennifer addressed them immediately or patiently awaited our decisions. The two of them are a WINNING TEAM and were always willing to listen to our ideas and brought our dreams to fruition! They truly aim to please and care about their clients. It is a challenge to live without a kitchen (during construction), and knowing we were in good hands made it so much easier.

We can't thank them enough! Chris and Jennifer are so friendly, professional, ethical and honest. They were patient and anything we weren't able to find or match, Jennifer was on it and got everything we needed to complete the project. They communicated weekly schedules and their crew was prompt, skilled, friendly, and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Chris and Jennifer are an outstanding team! We highly recommend Craft Builders and would definitely hire them again and would give them 10 stars if we could! THANK YOU Chris, Jennifer and team for doing this project for us!

After getting bids from three companies, we chose Creative Building Solutions because of their solid pricing and local presence. From the start, we felt like our business truly mattered to them. What stood out the most was their commitment to the promised timeline--something we hadn't experienced with past remodels. Communication was clear, and every crew that came into our home was professional, friendly, and left the space clean. While they don't offer design services, which initially made me nervous, I found Pinterest and Facebook design groups helpful. Whenever I had ideas, they guided me in purchasing the right materials and explained what would or wouldn't work for my space. Their expertise made the process much easier than I expected. We absolutely love how our kitchen turned out and have already hired them for a bathroom project, with plans for another renovation in the future. Highly recommend Jerry and his team! --Brenda

Even though the schedule was full, he understood my urgency and worked magic to make it happen right away. The crew was polite, clean, fast and able to work even though I had other repairs being done at the same time. Thank you so much for caring and taking the time to help me out. The work is beautiful, I've had many compliments.

Demo and level old flooring and install new flooring in all the rooms. The kitchen and dining room floor was not leveled with the rest of the house, so James and his crew had to tear out the old floors and install plywood before installing the new floors to ensure that the new floors are leveled. We are completely satisfied with our new beautiful floors. 2. Install baseboard and chair rail. *Finishing is an art.* James has incredible attention to detail. He ensured that each baseboard fit perfectly, even the baseboards that hugged the kitchen cabinets, fit underneath the dishwasher and the spaces between the wall and door trim. He ensured that we were happy with the end results. 3. Brick up the old fireplace. James is a mason and his experience in this department showed. Transformed old fireplace into a plain wall. 4. Tile new fireplace. We chose big slabs that had to be mitered. James, through his connections, was able to save us money on the tile that we selected. Completely happy with our new fireplace. 5. Installed ceiling lights in two rooms. We highly recommend the crew of Canela Stone. We are relieved and happy to have had a positive experience remodeling our home. James is easy to communicate with and we would rehire him in a heartbeat.

Beautiful quality, incredibly healthy, already nearly taller than the established shrubs, and very reasonably priced at $129. They helped load it, answered questions, and made the whole process easy. I spoke with a friend about our experiences at Johnson's, and we both agreed, it feels like walking into an old western saloon where everyone knows "you ain't from around these parts!" I was looking to buy a magnolia, but wanted to know what the differences were, which is better for our environment, so I approached an employee who tried to avoid eye contact with me until he could do it no longer. He started stammering when I asked if he knew anything about the trees I had considered contenders. He fumbled with his walky-talky to try to find someone else to help me, but spotted (who I found out later was the manager) watering plants in the vicinity. He asked her if she could help and she replied rudely with "WHAT?" as she clearly saw me (the customer) asking a question. He stammered nervously and she followed up with "What do you want?" I jumped in and asked my questions about which is best and she said, "They're all pretty much the same." I asked if any were better for our climate/environment and she said with an attitude, "We don't sell anything that doesn't grow around here." She then curtly turned away and went on with watering the plants. I did not feel copacetic with her "customer service," so I bought my tree and decided not to go back. I would rather go to an establishment with less selection, but better service. Also, the prices are on the higher side for some things, but reasonable for others, it just depends on what it is. Either way, Home Depot works for me from now on, and if they don't have what I want, I'll research somewhere other than Johnson's. It's a shame, too, because the place is like walking through a botanical garden, only the vibe given by the staff is that "it ain't big enough for the both of us!"
