A few years later, we listed our home for sale, but ultimately decided to take it off the market. That's when I reached back out to Lauren. I originally contacted her to help transform our screened-in porch into a more functional living space, but because she's so easy to talk to, our conversation quickly turned into everything we had hoped to find in our "next" home. As we walked through our house together, we realized that instead of moving, we could create our dream home right where we were. Every idea or wish I mentioned was met with, "We can do that." What started as one project grew into a complete transformation of our home. Lauren designed a beautiful custom kitchen and pantry, remodeled our screened-in porch and second-floor bonus room, and added thoughtful finishing touches throughout the house--from updated window treatments and wall treatments to area rugs and décor that finally made our home feel uniquely "us." One of the biggest challenges was that we lived in the house throughout the entire renovation. Lauren coordinated with every contractor to ensure they understood our situation and worked to keep the project moving while minimizing disruptions to our daily lives. Whenever an unexpected issue came up, Lauren was just a phone call or text away with a solution and a clear plan for moving forward. The project has now been complete for a few months, and we still find ourselves looking around our home in amazement. Lauren saw possibilities we never would have imagined and turned them into reality. Instead of moving, we ended up with a home that feels like it was always meant to be ours. We couldn't be happier with the experience and would recommend Lauren without hesitation.
