Beautiful flowers. Professional and friendly attitudes. Gorgeous, custom bouquet for an awesome price :) will definitely purchase here again

Poor service. Ordered flowers for my mother in-law funeral and they never delivered them. Called them and they didn't care.

Great flowers they made right away and my wife loved them. Very nice employees and great service and price.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Aunts funeral services just the night before. The flowers were delivered on time and looked fantastic. I will use them against. read more

Love Love Love Creative Flowers! I sat down with Shyra regarding the ideas we had for our wedding! And it was as though Shyra knew exactly what we wanted! We met several times, before the wedding and each time Shyra was so warm, professional, fun, and accommodating! Being that, we were having a fall wedding, and I love spring flowers, Shyra was very knowledgeable and helped us identify different flowers that would give us the same look and feel, but never compromised on my "must have flowers". Everything, came out simply beautiful! A day or two before the wedding Shyra called me and asked me if I wanted to come take a peek at everything thus far, which I did. I was so overwhelmed with excitement on how everything was turning out! From the centerpieces, to the boutonnieres, to our bouquets (mine she made special and unique), to the arbor...were just perfect! Ultimately, all of the arrangements were simply beautiful, classic in style and ubber romantic! read more

Ordered some flowers there. They were delivered to my wife on time, and looked fresh. Overall I was happy with the responsiveness, since I placed the order that same day. I would buy from this place again. Thank you Creative Flowers! Only thing that could have been better was that they said the flowers would have been delivered sooner than they were, but they still made it in time before my wife left work. read more

Amazing service! Beautiful flowers, such courtesy. Love the flowers, love the service! Thank you Creative Flowers!

I have been working with Meg and Shyra for 5 years for my work! We send flowers to residents at the hospital and funerals of our loved ones we have cared for at Westgate. They have always been professional yet approachable and sweet. I let them be creative with my bouquets and I am always pleased with the result! Nothing like fresh flowers! We will always work with Creative Flowers in town! read more

I love this flower shop. Great customer service and beautiful flowers. They go above and beyond to make sure your order is exactly what you want. I will continue to use them for my flower purchases. read more

Meg was simply amazing. She and Shyrah made my wedding become a reality. Efficient, friendly, and ready to hear what your ideas are!

After a prompt return call from the store owner Meg, I am impressed with Creative Flowers. A mix up earlier in the day had delayed my delivery but Meg came to the rescue! She was very apologetic and made things right. Simply amazing service in a time when most businesses show you the door. Bravo Meg! You have my business! read more

Ordered flowers for my best friend's birthday and they sent a beautiful arrangement to her office. The lady on the phone was very nice and gave me good suggestions. My friend sent me a picture of the flowers and the arrangement was a little small for what I paid. But the service was good and the delivery was early in the day. read more

Great arrangements!!! I came in from the San Fernando valley not knowing what to find and I find this place and they had special ornaments and unique arrangements. Not like any other which is what I like. I found a pot of flowers for a funeral. Thank you!!! read more

I first called Creative Flowers to have flowers delivered to a good friend for her birthday. I gave a description of her age and personality and they made and arrangement that she absolutely loved! Fast forward a few months ... my son was asked last minute to attend Winter Formal. I went in Saturday at 11 with a pic of his date's dress and they made a corsage and boutonniere that matched them perfectly. SAME DAY. They truly live up to their name. Everything they do is truly a work of art, not to mention they take such care with their customers and their vision. They are now my "go to" for flowers. read more

We used Creative Flowers for our wedding in October 2010. I was very happy with the customer service and the final product! I knew I didn't want a cookie-cutter bouquet for my wedding and I ended up with a spectacular, elegant, unconventional bouquet that really reflected my personality. Donna is a genius when it comes to talking you through all of your crazy-pre-wedding ramblings and finding out what you really want! She was also very realistic with me when it came to my budget and didn't try to push things on me that were outside of reality! Next time I need flowers in Visalia, I'll go to back to Creative Flowers! read more

The customer service is excellent, they dealt with a concern of a customer swiftly and directly. Customer service, to me, is a number one priority when I do business. Creative flowers, has earned my future business because of this. The recent arrangement my wife received was gorgeous, the roses are perfect and the scent of them fills the room. I spoke with Meg, I believe, and she showed the concern of a true business owner, thank you, there's no need for me to look for another florist anymore. read more

The flowers I chose online for my mother in law came and they were beautiful! Thank you so much for making Mother's Day special for her.

Received an amazing flower arrangement from Creative Flowers. Fresh , beautiful, colorful ... 10 stars !!!!!!

My bouquet for Valentines Day is still beautiful!! 10 days later and someone just asked me if I got them today!! Will highly recommend.

When I set my wedding date I had no idea it was Mother's Day weekend, which explains why it was so difficult to find a florist for my wedding day. Thankfully Creative Flowers were nice enough to squeeze time in one of their busiest weekends of the year to do my wedding flowers and at a reasonable cost. They could have easily turned me down just like all the other local shops did, but they didn't. I met with Shira and showed her pictures of what I was wanting. She did seem a little worried that some of the flowers I was wanting wouldn't be blooming the time of my wedding, but was sure she would meet my expectations of the "look" I was going for. I will say I was a little nervous how my flowers would turn out, especially that they were going to be super busy. I'm extremely picky and flowers were a BIG deal to me. I met again with Shira the week before my wedding to go over everything and to see if we got any news on the flowers that they were unsure if they'll be blooming at the time of my wedding. They were still unsure, but she assured me if they weren't in she will make it work. I had no idea if I would be getting the flowers I was originally wanting. So come the morning of my wedding day and Shira and her team delivers the flowers and WOW!!!! they were literally everything I had imagined and hoped for. I wanted to cry when I seen my bouquet it was seriously the most beautiful bouquet I'd ever seen and everyone else seem to agree. Thank you again Shira and Creative Flowers for doing such an amazing job! read more

I can't begin to say enough about the ladies at Creative flowers. They made the most spectacular flower arrangements and bouquets for my wedding. We gave them a few instructions, purples, whites and green and use lavender roses. I have never had someone exceed my expectation like they did. If you use Creative flowers you will not be disappointed. They stayed in contact with me through out the whole process and worked their fingers to the bones. Thanks ladies. read more

Meg to the rescue! We were not able to attend a funeral service for a family member and were able to order flower delivery to the house on the same day. We don't live in the area so I wasn't familiar with any of the florists but found Creative Flowers here on Yelp and they had wonderful reviews - I couldn't agree more! Thank you, Meg!! read more

They are my go to place for flowers. Not only are the owners and employees some of the nicest people you would ever want to meet but their floral designs are absolutely gorgeous! You will not be disappointed - I promise. Besides flowers, they also have a large selection of gifts. Stop in and check them out. read more

I really despise leaving negative comments, but when a business has earned them, in my opinion, I feel I need to share my experience with others, and let them develop their own opinion. I called this business at 11 a.m. and asked if it was possible to have a bouquet assembled and delivery made BEFORE 1 p.m. the same day. I also inserted that if it wasn't possible I would understand and would try another place. They assured me they could meet the deadline with no problems. I was ordering them for my daughter on behalf of her husband for their 1st wedding anniversary. This business has come thru for me on another occasion so I trusted them at their word. The flowers needed to be delivered BEFORE 1 p.m. as that is when my daughter gets off work. Her work is less than two miles from their shop. At 12:30 I called and checked on the status and was told they should arrive any time. I called back at 12:50 and was told they should be there within 10-15 minutes. Again, I impressed the fact that my daughter was leaving work at 1 and lives out of town. At 1:15, still with no flowers, I called and cancelled the order and told my daughter and SIL that I was sorry and that I would make it up to them. I notified this business not to bother with the delivery as I would not be paying for them as they didn't meet the time deadline that was agreed upon. They chose to go ahead and deliver the arrangement after my daughter left, but since our agreement was not adhered to, I have no intention of paying for them. They were told not to deliver and they chose to anyway. It is too bad that my daughter's 1st anniversary was not the memorable day that it should have been. The flowers are beautiful, too bad the service doesn't match the arrangement. read more

Wonderful service! Had a great experience ordering orchids for my mom for Mother's Day. I think I was talking to the owner on the phone and she was super friendly and picked out the prettiest orchids for me! 4 stars because one of the budding branches came broken. read more

Thank you Creative Flowers! On 8/2515 I asked you to send 'cheerful' brightly colored flowers to my sister in law as she recovered from a difficult surgery. The flowers were soooooo lovely!!! She sent me a picture as she was so very happy with them. These flowers were way beyond what I expected. A week before I had flowers sent to my daughter from a florist in Redding with the same request. They were not nearly as nice. I did not get the name of the lovely woman I spoke to so to all who were involved Thank You So Very Much! read more

Never again will I spend my dollars at this business. I called at 8:30 am to order an arrangement to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday. When I spoke with my daughter at 2:30 pm she had not yet received the delivery. When she did finally get the arrangement the flowers were old, with brown edges, the stems had not been properly cleaned and the arrangement that I had upgraded to the next size was smaller than the small size offered on the web page. The picture showed 6 roses there were 4. The carnations were broken and the daisies droopy. When my daughter called the florist to express her issues with the quality she was given excuses such as my flower order didn't come in today and I had to use what I had on hand, as well as I have a bad habit of not cleaning my flowers before using them. The owner sent out a blooming plant this morning as a replacement however, there were many dead leaves and the plant had not been watered in who knows how long. This arrangement after tax and delivery fee was over $70. Talk about disappointment. Do yourself a favor find a different florist. read more

I requested they make up a flower arrangement for my daughters birthday. I didn't see any pre-designed arrangements that I really liked, so I let them know of a few kinds of flowers and colors I would like, and that I would like them in a basket. Then I gave them a price range and asked them to use their own designing skills to make something pretty for my daughter. When she received the flowers, she said it was the prettiest arrangement she had ever received from her dad and I. She absolutely loved them, and they lasted a long time, so the flowers were very fresh. She sent me a picture and they were exactly what I had asked for. The arrangement was absolutely stunning!! So thank you so much for making her day so special, since we couldn't be there with her. Your talent for designing flower arrangements is something you should be very proud of. Thank you for making our daughter so happy. My husband and I really appreciate your kindness and professionalism. read more

On a whim, I hit the internet looking for flower shops in the Visaila, Ca. area. I saw Creative Flowers. Read the reviews, more positive than negative, and what grabbed my attention was the replies to the one or two negative reviews I read. I gave them a call and was so impressed with the service I received on the phone. Living across the country, I wanted to send a particular bouquet arrangement I found on their website, but the thing is, it had to be "special" and I was no where close by to inspect it before it was delivered. So, going on my gut, I ordered and trusted the friendly, kind voice on the other end of the phone. People, let me tell you one thing, I am sooooo glad I did! The flower cake with candles arrangement was absolutely beyond what I had hoped for, and the Birthday affect was even more than I could have asked for! I am beyond happy, pleased or satisfied. I am Blessed and so was my dearest friend and 2nd Mom. Folks, look no further than this establisment. I live in N.C., but if the kind of service I received was via phone call, what in the world do you think you'll get when you go in person?! The royal red carpet treatment, that's what! Thank you dear ladies for making an older lady's Birthday extraordinary. She was overwhelmed at the bouquet, and here's the thing, it's beauty didn't fade overnight...it lasted a long time. This purchase was for Oct. 24th mind you! Thank you for superior customer service! Lynn J, N.C. read more
