Thank you for the beautiful arrangement and friendly service! The price was so reasonable and I was so pleased to have such quick delivery, especially the day before Mother's Day. The flower selection was also great. Thank you again! read more

I have to give them 5 stars after the owner reached out to me. She was very sweet and remade my sister in law's arrangement and apologized for the 1st arrangement that was not what was expected. She went above and beyond for me. This place values their customers and reputation. These ladies are very classy and honest. I will continue to buy my flowers from them. I think you should too. read more

I needed a sympathy bouquet for a dear friend and since I don't live in the area I called Creative Flowers and spoke to Letty to get an idea if they could do what I was thinking. She went above and beyond! The bouquet was beautiful, so much better than I expected, and was delivered within a couple hours of when I placed the order over the phone, even though I could tell they had multiple people they were helping at the same time. Amazing service, especially during COVID. If I'm ever in need of their services again I will use them with out hesitation. Thank you all so much! read more

When it comes to ordering flowers I always find a florist in the city where they will be sent. I found Creative Flowers on Yelp and called them. I was immediately impressed with the friendliness and professionalism but it certainly didn't stop there! I was sending flowers to an exceptional County employee who had been assisting me through phone calls and email as I live in Vegas but needed assistance for my family. Her thank you email is attached. Thank you Creative Flowers for going above and beyond, this type of service just doesn't happen anymore. I should send you a bouquet! read more

My friend's father passed away and a group of ladies and I pitched in to send a flower arrangement to boost her spirits. I was in charge of collecting money and my other friend choose this location from the list on Teleflora based on the good yelp reviews. It's nice to know that we could order without having to be in the same county. We set up next day delivery and waiting to hear from our friend after getting the flowers delivered. She was so happy with the flowers! The arrangement can only be described as Beautiful. The extra money for the upgrade was totally worth it! This fantastic shop made my friend's day! We've gotten a handful of arrangements here, and we loved them all. The costumer service here is beyond great. Called them on 10/24/17 to see if they could whip up a quick arrangement for my mother in law's bday at the last minute, and they asked what I wanted and I said something fun and in season with fall, and they said okay, it will be ready in 15 minutes, and I said great, I'm on my way! Picked it up and they even helped me walk it to my car since I had my daughter in a car seat in one hand and car keys in the other :) read more

I recently contacted Creative Flowers in Visalia to order arrangements for my Uncle's memorial service. Since I don't live in Visalia and I didn't know a florist I could trust and had worked with before so I started calling about and came upon Creative Flowers. Had some ideas about what type of flowers for a wreath and an funeral ash urn and got great advice from the owner. They even sent sample photos of the flowers they planned to use in the arrangements. Then, they sent me a photo of a final arrangement just in case I wanted any additional changes. All arrangements were EXCELLENT and they were super easy to work with. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs flowers and gifts. Also, Brianna delivered the flowers to the cemetery and was so gracious, kind, on time and helpful. Thank you Brianna. read more

What a perfect experience with a florist, and even on Thanksgiving morning! I ordered an arrangement from out of town over the phone and picked them up on Thanksgiving morning. The arrangement was even more lovely than expected. The owner and employees were very busy but VERY accommodating!!! The hostess who received them was more than impressed and so was I! :) Thank you Creative Flowers and your staff! read more

Second time using Creative Flowers and second time they hit it out of the park. Their designers choice bouquets for both Valentine's Day and Mother's Day were beautiful, fresh and lasted a long time. I don't use yelp very often but I thought this business really deserved it. A side note, my girlfriend received flowers for Mother's Day from another relative (and from a competing and more expensive Visalia flower shop) and they were terrible. Already almost dead after 2 days. read more

Do NOT order flowers from this shop if you want quality arrangements! I ordered the "Teleflora Celebrate Mom Bouquet" to be delivered to a business 5/10/13..the weekday before Mother's Day because my I knew my mom would not be around to see them on the weekend. I called the shop the morning of delivery (yesterday) to check and ask the status of the order and the receptionist Susan had difficulty finding out if my order was ready or pending to be delivered by any drivers. I asked her to please find out and call me back when she confirms successful delivery. It was almost 4pm so I finally called her back. She forgot to check on them for me! My mom finally received them near closing and she did not sound very impressed over the phone. She just said "thanks." The next day, I went to her workplace and was embarrassed and very dissappointed in what I saw! The flowers were all dying! Only 1 lily was presentable. I paid $50+ for something that looks like $5! I can't believe how ugly, limp, and few flowers there are! Actually, $5 flowers by gas stations put Creative Flowers to shame. I called my mom and apologized as soon as I saw them! I explained that the flowers look nothing like the version online. I need to make it up to her some way. I was skeptical of this shop after my initial conversation by phone but more upset that they have the nerve to allow the bouquet to be delivered at all. Thanks for ruining my early Mother's day surprise. read more

I walked in this morning needing a quick arrangement for a family member. I wanted it be special and not generic but at a good price. The staff was more than accommodating and the whipped together a beautiful bouquet in 15 min. They looked busy in the back and I was worried I wouldn't get what was I looking for! I was wrong the staff member stopped what she was doing and made the bouquet on the spot! I am thankful I came here. Excellent customer service and excellent quality! read more

I HIGHLY recommend Creative Flowers! I have used them both personally and professionally ! Both occasions allowed me to appreciate their great talent and awesome customer service! Shyra decorated my storefront for Christmas and Valentines as well as a booth I had at the Visalia Convention center. Both times her creative abilities were impressive to my customers and I! I loved looking at the decorations every day in awe at her talent! It made me proud be surrounded by the flowers and ribbons she created in what seemed like a magical way. Then when I had them send flowers for my aunts funeral it was just an excellent experience in speaking with them and I appreciate their warmth and compassion. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I live in San Diego and my mother lives in Visalia. I was rather nervous ordering flowers from a place I've never bought flowers from before. I usually like to see the business in person. It was extremely easy ordering online and navigating through the many gorgeous designs! I ordered the Teleflora Perfectly Pastel Deluxe. My flowers I ordered were not 100% identical, but it was still beyond stunning! Only the vase was a light green instead of lavender, but that's ok because the color complimented the arrangement and green is one of her favorite colors. My mom sent me a photo and said she was overwhelmed with surprise! The quality and the fullness of the flowers were incredible! I'm so amazed they also arrived on time before noon as requested. When I called to confirm the order, the lady on the phone was very nice. Thank you for making my mom's day so special!!! Will order again from you in the future! I highly recommend! read more

Courteous, efficient, high quality, and impressive bouquets! I would recommend Creative Flowers!

Meg at Creative Flowers is the most gracious, kind, and caring business owner that I have ever come across. Our sweet mother was in Kaweah Delta Hospital during the pandemic and Meg had her husband deliver the flowers to the entrance and then trusted the hospital staff to take the flowers up to her room ... well you guessed it ... the flowers never made it to mom. I went round and round with Kaweah Delta until they finally found the flowers THREE DAYS LATER and AFTER mom was released, of course! Meg wanted mom to have the flowers (but not the ones from the hospital because of covid and germs) so she made a brand new GORGEOUS BOUQUET and delivered it to mom at home and did not charge us!!!! Who does that?! What a beautiful gesture from Meg!!! Not only does Creative Flowers make the MOST GORGEOUS FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS IN THE VALLEY, but their owner has a HEART OF GOLD!!! What an angel! Thank you so much for blessing our family when we needed it the most! God bless you! read more

Where do I even start with Creative Flowers?! I am normally not the reviewing type but their phenomenal work deserves 10 stars! I showed up to Creative Flowers 6 weeks before my wedding in a little bit of a panic needing a new florist. I sat down with Meg and went over my thoughts and ideas of what I wanted. It was like she was literally in my head and completely understood my vision and colors and instantly took away my panic. I knew I didn't need to go anywhere else to get quotes. I showed up a few days before the wedding to drop off vases and she gave me a sneak peak of the flowers and I became emotional at how much she truly understood what I was looking for in the colors and types of flowers. Their work the day of the wedding was no exception and they did not skimp in one way. As soon as Meg and her partner showed up, I was overwhelmed with joy at the sight of everything they had put together. They spent so much more time there than they had initially planned to, to make sure everything was perfect, and it definitely showed. It was a pretty warm day so rather than place everything out to wilt, they even waited around until it was closer to the time of the wedding to make sure that everything that went out would still be fresh when guests arrived. I can't thank them enough for their attention to detail, their time spent, and the heart they put into their work. Needless to say, I will never go anywhere else in town for my floral needs. read more

Words can not express our gratitude for the work, care and consideration my GF and I received from this establishment. We ordered flowers for her grandmother's funeral from another shop and received a call 3 hours b/f the ceremony informing us that they could not deliver our arrangement. I called numerous shops in an attempt to correct this error. Fortunately, I eventually got in touch with this location. I explained our situation and they went far above and beyond in meeting our needs. Their help allowed us to gain closure in a most stressful situation. Words are not sufficient to express our appreciation. This place is one in a million! read more
