Loved working with Creative Faces. We used them for our sons 4th and 5th bday parties. Super easy, nice, great designs. Everyone at both parties were super impressed with how great all the kids face painting turned out. For his most recent bday we also did the glitter tattoos and those were a big hit as well. Highly recommend them! read more

Denise was a life saver! Our tattoo order hadn't arrived for a commercial shoot and I had to quickly lock in an alternative just hours before. Denise was quick to respond, showed up and was away at work with our model before I even arrived to the location. She also dealt with some VERY specific clients we had traveling in from Mumbai and she dealt with their notes very well. Great customer service, professional, and responsive. read more

I am 24 and although it sounds a bit unusual, I decided to hire a face painter for my birthday party. While I thought I was simply hiring a face painter, I ended up getting so much more than that. Denise was awesome. She made all my friends and I feel so comfortable and went above and beyond to fulfill every outrageous request we had. I would definitely hire Denise for events in the future. and if you think you are too old for a face painting party YOU ARE NOT. Trust me do it, and hire the best! read more

Creative faces is a fabulous entertainment option for your next party! They do everything from glitter tattoos to elaborate facepainting! Denise, the owner, is great to work with. She is professional and arrived on-time, as scheduled, brought an amazing array of face paints and glitter. She took her time to create beautiful artwork on each child's face. She never rushed or was impatient. She put her whole self into each face! Honestly, her work is phenomenal! I hired Denise and Creative Faces for my daughter's 7th Birthday. I had contacted several other face painting companies but found that Denise was the most prompt in returning my email inquiry and pretty competitive with her pricing. The kids loved their faces and the parents remarked on several occasions about how amazing Denise's work was. I was asked many times where I found her and if I had her card for their next party. You will be pleasantly surprised with her work read more

Hands down the best face painters in LA. They take face paint to a whole other level. I can't say enough about how amazing they are.

Creative Faces sent two henna artists and two face painters--Dupree, Ifeyani, Teressa and Shannon--to our event yesterday, and I have only wonderful things to say about them! Not only were they great artists (my colleague said they were the best face painters she's ever seen), but they were great with our attendees and really helped to draw a crowd to our event. Some of our other suppliers even asked for their contact information. Denise was very efficient in helping us to organize the day and responded quickly to all of my questions. Thank you again for all of your hard work! Highly recommended. read more

I work for a nonprofit organization and when it was time to have a children's event, I really needed a face painter. Denise and her assistant were great. They painted awesome designs on the kids and the kids loved it. I was definitely not expecting the level of detail and care that Denise put into each child's face, and even though it was a lot of kids anxious to get painted, it showed Denise's care and patience when working with kids. I am glad I chose Creative Faces, and I would definitely recommend them. read more

I had Creative Faces as a vendor at my daughter's Bat Mitzvah recently. They did hennas, glitter tattoos and metallic flash tattoos and were fantastic. The hennas in particular were so beautiful! I am just waiting for the appropriate time to arrange for an adult party to have Denise come back! read more

Denise came and did my daughter's 2nd birthday party and was amazing! She did an incredibly detailed beach scene on my daughter's face in record time. They are amazing! The response from my 4 yr old's bday party guests was non stop "where did you get the face painter?" "Best painter I have ever seen" Denise and her son were awesome. She is super chill and fast at painting super intricate designs. My little guy became a tiger and loved every growl. Prices are reasonable and they add a something special to the party! I have already recommended her twice and my party was just last week! read more

Denise and her crew have done two parties (bar mitzvah & a bat mitzvah) for us already. She does the best henna work I have ever seen and her assistant was amazing with airbrush tattoos. I work at a university in Los Angeles and we hired Creative Faces for an event in August 2016. Denise and her team did a fantastic job providing face painting, henna tattoos and glitter tattoos at our event, which involved more than 300 people. They deliver truly unique works of art that are individualized to each person. The other volunteers, staff and guests were impressed with their high quality work. I highly recommend them and will be hiring them again soon for another large event! read more

Wow wow wow! (and I'm not easily wowed). We had Denise and her team at my daughter's Bat Mitzvah party 2 weeks ago, and she was the hit of the party. She is, without question, the most talented henna artist I have seen, and the kids and adults alike were raving. We have been to many parties, carnivals and events with henna, and my daughter and her friends have been getting henna on Venice Beach for years... and Denise blew all the others out of the water. She created intricate designs in an efficient (but not rushed) manner. Her fun personality made the experience as close to perfect as we could get... and you can see by my other reviews that I don't rave easily. Two weeks later, my daughter and her friends are still raving, and those who took care of the tattoos still have the henna, only slightly faded. Her husband (so sorry I forgot his name) also came and did incredibly beautiful and fun airbrush tattoos that looked like the real thing. This was a huge hit with the men and boys... The girls might have been more into it if they weren't obsessed with the henna :-). Her son also came to do flash tattoos. They had a great selection of glow-in-the dark flash tattoos that were quick and easy to get, looked great and lasted well. This is a great family business, and they all seem to enjoy and take tremendous pride in their work. We will definitely refer them again and again, and use them again whenever we have the chance, including at school and Purim carnivals. Thank you Denise! read more

Denise and her son were a few minutes late because of weather, which was fine because the guests were late too. I booked a package with face painting, glitter tattoos, henna, hair tinsel and hair feathers. Denise did everything but the glitter tattoos. The reason I took off a star is because Denise's son couldn't do anything but glitter tattoos. The face painting was beautiful but nobody got any hair tinsel or hair feathers but me and my daughter. I made sure my daughter got hair tinsel as soon as Denise got there because she was the birthday girl, I got mine after the party was over because I wanted to have at least two of us get what I paid for. If I could go back I would have only paid for face painting and glitter tattoos. I wish Denise had told me that a 2 hour party wasn't enough time to do anything besides face painting and the tattoos so I could have saved some money. Oh, well. I know now and I would hire them again! read more
