I hired them for two events back to back weekends. One was my dad's 70th birthday party. We had about 75 people there. The other was my 20 year class reunion with about 110 there. Creative Photo Booth Rentals is a must! I was so pleased with how well the whole process went and it was definitely a hit at our event! It was for my parents vow renewal/25th anniversary and they loved it! It definitely got used the entire time it was there and everyone was so surprised that they each got to take a photo strip home with them, as well as leaving a copy that was put into a scrap book offered by Creative DJs. These two have got to be the nicest people i have ever dealt with. Susan showed up early to our event to get set up and quick at getting everything ready. She had to deal with a lot of crazy people that night and i appreciated how well she dealt with them and had so much patience and was smiling all night. Now, for the price I paid and not ever having experience with renting a photo booth I really did not know what to expect. I didn't think it would be terrible, but at the same time i wasn't sure how 'great' it would be either. Much to my relief it went way better than expected and I have got to admit this saved me from having to run around with my camera to get pictures of everyone who attended!!! If I could give them a negative star I would! My Fiancé and I booked our wedding venue and venders a year before our big day. Everything was paid for and ready to go. Then the unthinkable happened, four months before our wedding my fiancé past away in a tragic accident. I spoke with all my venders the week after his passing. Our wedding venue, photographer, and florist gave a full refund of the money with no questions asked and in a timely manner. However, Creative DJ & Photo booth never responded to my email and Facebooked a family friend in regards to the refund, which was very unprofessional. After hearing from my family friend they will try to refund, but not a guarantee. I emailed again, but no response. A few days later I then called Creative DJ & Photo booth and spoke with Chris who said that he thought he responded, but he forgot to hit send. He still didn't guarantee the refund and said that I will need to wait until after my wedding date. After waiting and no response of a decision to refund, I emailed a few days after our wedding date and he agreed to fully refund the money, but it will take 9-14 days to process. While looking in my fiancés account daily there was no refund. I emailed back and he advised me it was still processing through Squares. After researching, Squares policies, Squares doesn't not refund and it's the owner's responsibility to refund. After advising Chris via email I received no response and continue to wait for a response. He has caused great stress in my life and constantly reminds me of the wedding I will never have with the man I love dearly. Overall, after dealing with Creative DJ & Photobooth they have truly demonstrated lack of empathy unless it benefited themselves or their business. The lack of communication in responding via phone or email, and the many excuses for not responding to voice messages or emails. Their behavior truly show the type of business they run and the people they are. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and I hope no one will have to deal with the pain and suffering that I was put through. --------------------------------------------------- Update: After my review, Chris finally refunded the money the next day. I am now ecstatic that I will not have to further stress or deal with this business again. read more

Creative DJ's DJ'ed, MC'ed, and ran a photo booth for my wedding. Photo booth pictures turned out great and the guests really loved it. Photos were very high quality. Chris did an amazing job with the sound - challenging because the wedding was outdoors and it was very windy, near the beach. Their help with planning was very thorough and personalized. Music selection was superb as well. Anyone who has planned a wedding knows that the quality expectations from vendors are much higher than at other events. We purchased a creative photo booth for my wedding on June 25, 2015 and it was a HUGE hit at the wedding. They were so easy & helpful to work with from our first contact with them through the night of the wedding. Their photo booth set up is simple yet elegant; we got to explain what we wanted the bottom of our photo booth strips to say and they set us over sample & it was perfect! They had tons of props that everyone had so much fun with; everyone was given their photo strips as soon at the picture was taken, and after the wedding they uploaded all the photos onto a zip file and emailed it to us. I got back from my honeymoon just days after the zip file expired and when I emailed them to request a new download, it was sent to me within the hour! Everything they did and brought was beautiful! Not only did I get copies of the strips in that zip file, but I also got a larger version of every photo that was taken. I highly recommend this service for photo booths; it is something from our wedding that everyone can't stop talking about. read more

My husband and I hired Chris Bedke from Creative DJs for our May 2013 wedding. I cannot say enough about Chris and his team! First of all, since San Bernardino is about an hour north of where we live, Chris drove about 40 minutes to meet my husband prior to signing the contract, as meeting in person was important to us. He was always available via email and phone, and responded nearly immediately to any question or concern we had. He worked with us to design a spotlight monogram, create our exact uplighting colors, create a timeline, and arrange set up for our two different ceremony/reception locations. Chris arrived extra early at our reception venue to set everything up, then went to our outdoor ceremony location and set up a second sound system. He provided his own generator for power, lapel mics for our pastor and my husband, and worked with our coordinator to ensure all ceremony songs were played at exactly the right time. At our reception, he was an excellent master of ceremonies, played a great variety of music, played our picture slideshow on his projection screen, projected our personalized mongram on the dance floor, placed wireless uplights in our two colors all around the dance area, and worked with his wife to run an open-air photobooth for our guests to take pictures in during the reception. His wife, Susan, took copies of all of the photo strips and made us a beautiful, personalized scrapbook in our wedding colors, and sent us the Zip files for future use.
