One of the best decisions we've made! From the beginning Alex made out wedding a breeze. We really didn't know what we were doing when it came to the organization of the ceremony and reception so he provided us with his guide and we were able to work everything out with a FaceTime session before our wedding. He very clearly explained his services and fees and even suggested to meet before the event so he could make sure he knew exactly what I wanted for my party. Alex is DJ Indamixx, and he is a great DJ for weddings, quinceaneras and house parties!. I have heard him play at parties and a wedding, and he really knows how to play to his crowd. We were impressed with his professional demeanor and his candidness when prepping for our event. For the wedding I was a part of he works with the bride and groom or the wedding planner to make sure the correct music is played according to the schedule. He allows you to create a custom playlist of songs that you would like to play during your event, which was nice since he remixed them instead of playing them until the song ended. I have heard him mix both English and Spanish music, and he even mentioned that he has his country music all hooked up. He even remixed older songs with newer hits, which kept the dance floor moving all night! He gave us a custom quote, and that included 6+ hours with loud speakers, "uplights" (bright lights placed shining against the walls) and a custom monogram to keep a party of close to 200 people rocking all night. After our first phone conversation, I knew he was absolutely perfect for our wedding. He provided samples of his work and was very receptive about the kind of music and vibe we wanted for our wedding. Alex is helpful in so many ways. He was readily available by phone and email which was great because I planned my Los Angeles wedding from San Francisco. He was very cognizant of my restricted budget and really did his best to keep us well in our budget without sacrificing quality. We had a major last minute change at our venue and Alex really took it in stride. He helped me avoid a bride meltdown with his flexibility, calmness, kindness and expertise. I was SO happy to have hired him before the wedding... but I was REALLY impressed with his actual performance at the wedding. Firstly, he ended up doing a LOT of the MC work completely on they fly when we had originally planned for my brother to do all of it. He was so awesome! He kept things moving and worked beautifully with my wedding planner. When the dancing started, Alex REALLY delivered. He played everything we asked him to with his own personal, truly artistic touch and kept our guests dancing all night!! The lighting he set up was perfect and so much fun.
