    What I ordered

    Ordered a $60 arrangment as a gift for someone from 1800flowers. It was fulfilled by Jim and not at all what the item looked like on the florist website. He took a photo of the item when he delivered it. When I called 1800flowers to complain, the rep asked "where are the rest of the flowers?" Indeed! They are replacing the order. I hope they don't use Jim again.

    This is less 48 hours after receiving flowers. They are dying. Your delivery person just put them on my doorstep. Glad I was home to get them in right away. Husband ordered gladioli and this is not gladioli Feel like I have been conned. It was my 40th wedding anniversary and only the 2nd time my husband has ever ordered flowers for me. Truly dissapointed

    Day 2 of flowers from Creative Designs by Jim!  Horrible

    DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST...WASTE OF MONEY. Delivered by someone in car, no markings. Not wrapped or in box at base like usual, just in a vase with type written note. Flowers look like they were purchased at Walmart or any grocery store & plopped in a vase. The stems felt slimy & dead leaves in water. No pakette of the powder they usually give you. The next day flowers were drooping & dying. I changed the water. By evening the purple daisy like flowers were dead & petals all over counter. The white roses were dead, red roses turning black. These flowers didnt even last 2 days.

    Ordered flowers for my wife via tele flora and it was put together by creative designs by Jim. Teleflora did refund the total amount and I will be stopping byCDBJ today to drop off the vase and flowers.

    Extra Large Arrangement from 1-800-FLOWERS

    A 1-star does not do justice to this ridiculous situation. I honestly don't understand how or why this place remains in business. Please, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered an extra large arrangement from 1-800-FLOWERS and for the second time they used this laughable local florist to arrange and deliver my order. They delivered what was clearly a small arrangement instead of the extra large I had ordered. I immediately called 1-800-FLOWERS and they sent out a re-delivery which was supposed to arrive the next day, but they didn't re-deliver it until two days later. Well, they once again delivered a small arrangement instead of the extra large I ordered. They are so small that putting both small arrangements together does not come anywhere near close an extra large as shown in the picture from 1-800-FLOWERS. At this point I am seeking a full refund from 1-800-FLOWERS and that they discontinue their partnership with this local florist. They are simply scamming people hoping that they don't notice that what they received isn't what they ordered so they can keep the extra cash. Totally absurd!

    My daughter paid $100 for a floral arrangement through an 1-800 online floral service. Creative Designs by Jim delivered a flimsy arrangement that looked nothing like what she ordered which had half-dead green carnations I suspect was leftover from St. Patrick's Day! No variety of flowers and no succulents. The bouquet look smaller than what I could buy at Walmart for under $10. I would NEVER recommend this florist to anyone.

    BUYERS BEWARE!!! This guy is a crook and a downright awful human being!!! If I could leave zero stars I would!!! My family and I decided to use Creative Designs by Jim as the florist for my grandfathers funeral. We ordered nearly all of the funeral flowers from him. I went and met with him at his "shop" which happens to be in his home and the first picture is what I gave him as an example of the color family I wanted and I told him I wanted primarily light blue with some white and green accents in the background as light blue was my grandfathers favorite color. The second picture is a collage of pictures I took while standing in his shop of the flowers he told me he was ordering and we would use. I ordered a wreath and a garland to go in the casket from the grand children and great grand children. The last photo is what we got.. when I arrived to the visitation to discover what we received was nothing close to what we had discussed the previous day in his shop I called to ask what had happened and to make sure we had not received the wrong order. The first number I tried was the "business number" which is on his website. This number did not even have a voicemail set up. I then tried his assistants number who had been there as a part of the conversation the day before and who had given me her direct number "incase I couldn't get Jim". She answered almost immediately and told me she would send me another number to call to get Jim. When I finally got Jim on the phone and told him what was going on he became extremely defensive and proceeded to call me a "dumb broke b*tch who just wanted to complain" and when I asked if I could send him pictures of what we received he told me "he didn't want my GD pictures, that I was an f'ing liar that he had his own pictures", he even went as far to call me a GD liar and again a dumb broke b*tch who just wanted to complain when I told him I was at my grandfathers funeral and this was the last thing I needed to be outside dealing with right now because he thought the service was the next day. This is only part of the numerous obscenities I was called on that phone call and as the icing on the cake he told me he was getting in his car and was on his way to pick up all of the flowers.. so I spent the remainder of my grandfathers visitation on edge, shaking, obviously upset and in fear that this lunatic was going to barge in and take the flowers we had paid for. I have never in my life been spoken to like this and I am downright appalled by the way I was treated by this sorry excuse of a "business owner"

    Ordered flowers for my 87 year old mother for valentines. They showed up with broken stems and very little flowers. My mom sent me a pix and also called jim. He started yelling at her for swnding me the pix and saying since she did that he wont send her anything and was really rude. My mom is the sweetest little old lady too. I tried to get flower place to re send theough a diff florist but the couldnt. I called jim amd asked nicely if he would call my mom to calm her down, he went all rude on me then hung up.. I Am speechless

    Do not use. Do not order thru someone who would contract thru this business. My husband ordered a beautiful bouquet online, which is not what was delivered. If no stars was an option, I would use it.

    Flowers ordered from Creative designs by Jim. They were wilted when delivered and dead after 2 days. I tried to contact them for a resolution but got no reply. Worse flower shop and NO customer service

    I don't really know how this only has one review because it's hands down the most amazing flower…read moreshop in Wilmington. I knew the first time I saw Alyssa (formerly She Loves Me Co) and her truck that this would be the place I ordered and picked up bouquets. Yes, I said truck, her VW truck/bus has been seen around town (pre-Covid) slinging some beautiful arrangements. I'm pretty sure you can have it for events, but I don't know for sure. The actual location is just as gorgeous. It is what boho floral dreams are made of - magic. At the center of the shop is a dried floral arrangement bar, you can pick them out yourself or you can have one made for you. Or you can pick up a fresh bouquet or preorder. I also love the shower bundles, I constantly keep in in the shower to keep it smelling and feeling fresh. They are so so easy to work with and all around sweetest. Plus, they make drop dead beautiful arrangements and bouquets. YOU MUST GO.

I've been ordering gift flowers long-distance for decades and I've never had kinder, better service or flowers. My sis called them "the most beautiful flowers I've ever received." Best in Wilmington and I'll only order from them in the future. Thank you for making my sister's birthday magical!

On the website, I was charged $25.99 "hand delivery fee" which I assumed was due to the distance from the store, which I paid. When the fruit was delivered, a day later than promised, it came via FedEx, NOT what I consider "hand delivery". I called customer service and was told FedEx delivery is standard for anywhere over 10 miles away - NOWHERE on website is that written. I also wrote a complaint to the customer service dept and they have not had the courtesy to even reply. AND, I only ordered apple slices dipped in various sweets which my friend said were good but there were also bananas which were mushy and not good. So, due to lack of customer service and deceptive fees, I will NEVER again order from any Edible Arrangements!

Not only does this make the delivery not on time, but it was more money out of my pocket when ownership should be taken. The owner, Caitlin, was not willing to budge and insisted on charging me a delivery fee for the next day. Will never be using them again. The Mission behind creating arrangements for people is to make peoples' days better, celebrate, and say thank you. This store made things difficult and made my day worse. The rudest and most difficult customer experience I have ever had.
