I was a patient of Dr. Redding, and she attempted to remove my wisdom teeth. During the procedure, her assistant's behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. After the appointment, I received a letter from Dr. Redding stating that she would no longer provide services to me. To this day, I regret allowing her to perform the procedure. She failed to complete the extraction properly and left pieces of the tooth in the wound, which caused me excruciating and ongoing pain. Because of this incomplete and careless work, I had to seek additional care elsewhere. I strongly advise others to avoid this office. I do not recommend Dr. Redding or her services. The staff was unprofessional, and the dentist showed a lack of care and concern for my well-being. read more

I was referred by a friend to come and I am sure glad I came. I was able to get a same day appointment for me and my granddaughter. They made us comfortable and to be honest it was the most painless but very thorough. Veronica did a deap clean that was probably the best one I have ever had. Talked me through the entire procedure. Clean my teenager teeth with patience and care. A complete Rock Star...Another member of the band is Dr. Reddy. Her graceful hands and knowledge made both of us feel we were in excellent hands. I wish I could give this clinic 0 stars. Their front desk coordinator told me that the $144 consultation fee could be used in the medspa or for dental, depending on what I was interested in pursuing. after I got there the doctor refused to honor that credit toward anything except veneers which she did not recommend for me. She initially tried to get me to leave without doing a complete consultation (photos, simulation) until I insisted. She also complained about the price she pays for Botox and mentioned how it is not worth it for her to perform just 20 units of Botox and that I would have to do 25 or more, Additionally she mentioned that the $144 was for her time and expertise but she did not answer any of my questions about my teeth and what she could do for the shape of them. Additionally, she criticized the fact that I had filler / Botox done previously and told me I needed to get it all removed. She also told me that since they were booked up I'd have to wait for the rest of my consultation and half an hour after I waited she mentioned that I would have to leave and they would email me the simulation. On top of that their front desk coordinator kept coming over to me and asking me if I was going to do Botox after refusing to use the consultation credit they had promised upon appointment booking. The doctor also mentioned over and over how expensive lumineers were (assuming that I looked like someone who could not afford them) which I found to be really insulting. I have been to several other dentists in the area and had a much better experience. It's disappointing to be treated this way and it definitely ruined my day. This dental company has been nothing but unprofessional and inconsistent during this whole process. I paid in full before insurance for an implant, crown, and extraction. After the dental team poorly did the extraction and cracked my other crown in the process. They refused to replace the crown and I decided to go to another dentist office because of this. This happened in May of 2023 it's now February of 2024 and this company has not refunded me back the $1400 that I have paid, on top of that the insurance company also paid them for the services that were covered. The billing practice is beyond sketchy, they don't contact you back, and they are saying that Dr Rheddy is holding my money and won't give me a reason why. I filed a better business bureau report and reported this to the local news. Stay away from this place at all costs, it's a sketchy practice with poor customer service. read more

TLDR: Do not go here, they engage in sketchy insurance billing 2 Stars for being a competent practice -3 Stars for shady billing practices and poor follow up The dental staff and office are fine (though you'll pay $7 for parking each and every visit - no validation by the office). Where I take issue is with their billing practices. Multiple times I have been asked to pay one hundred some odd dollars for services, only to find out from my insurance that they covered the entire cost and I should not have paid myself. Beware. Did Creative Dentistry proactively contact me to refund my money? Nope. Did they ever refund my money? Nope. They are very difficult to get ahold of via email or phone when you have a billing issue. The past 3 appointments I've had all involved being charged $100+ when my insurance covered the visit. This is disappointing and really unfortunate to see medical professionals taking advantage like this. Beyond the shady billing practices, their follow up is extremely poor. I went to a specialist I was referred to by this office. That specialist disagreed with Creative Dentistry's proposed treatment. I asked my dentist to contact them and clarify this and follow up with me. They said they would. They never did. All in all there are so many dental offices to choose from, you might as well go to one that isn't going to double-bill you or take advantage of you. I booked an appoint through Zocdoc with Dr. Anitha, but when I came in for my appointment, I was seen by a completely different dentist! They did not tell me anything, I'm assuming they are booking all new patients with Dr. Newborn, but they shound have called to tell me that. I don't like working with male dentist/ doctors, that's just my preference. A few months prior to this appointment, I saw my regular dentist before I moved and everything went great. Now, at this dentistry they're telling me I have 4 cavities, but my previous dentist told me I had NONE....something just doesn't seem right. Going to the dentist is far from my idea of a good time but Dr. Reddy and her talented team of women at Creative dentistry made it a pleasant experience. I went in for an Invisalign consultation in hopes to have my smile tweaked. My bottom teeth were overcrowded. The issue was corrected in less than six months. I didn't make it easy for them; I lost my Invisalign trays at least twice; gave them grief about brushing my teeth between trays after indulging in ice cream; broke my retainer in less than 24-hours. I scheduled a new patient cleaning and I expected the appointment to take about 45min, since I filled out all the paperwork and sent records in advance. The entire appointment took 2.5 hours! Most of it unnecessarily trying to sell me a tooth brush so the hygienist could earn referral fees from Burst - even to the point where she made me enter my info on her phone to get spammed by text and email. She literally only spent 10 minutes cleaning my teeth and most of the time talking. When Dr. Thomas said he still saw stains on my teeth, the hygienist said I brought a lot to the party. How rude! There was no accountability nor respect for my time wasted. The whole experience was like being in the twilight zone. Dr. Thomas did seem great, very thorough, and I still may see him...but I'm hesitant to see that hygienist again! read more

This is the most professional Dentistry Group that I have been to in the Atlanta area. I totally forgot about my appointment today and received a phone call this morning to remind me about my scheduled appointment. I was able to make my appointment on. Once I arrived, the Front Desk Assistant (Toya, I believe) was pleasurable and took care of everything upfront and quickly. She was extremely nice. Courtney (Dental Assistant), took me to my station where she thoroughly cleaned my teeth. Courtney did an excellent job and I did not feel any pain. Her great conversation took my mind off of what was happening and I was completely surprised when she completed. The Dentist came by to check everything out and she was a awesome as well. All-in-all, I give the group a well-deserved 5 stars. The customer service at Creative Dentistry is extremely poor. Toya at the front desk answered everything with an attitude, when asked questions she would roll her eyes and respond with an annoyance (to the point where the lady working behind her noticed and said "Toya!!" then Toya semi apologized for her response) Dr. Reddy seems very competent and talented, however, she is very short, not very welcoming, and seems to always be rushing. Though I have no intentions of going back to Creative Dentistry, I would strongly suggest they review their customer service expectations and trainings. The first thing that they do when telling you what you need is charge you, rather than walking you through the process and/or answering questions or affirming the patient. When charging me for my appointment, they were charging me an additional $100+, until i reminded them twice that I'd already paid a deposit before the appointment. I had an appointment scheduled and called them 2 days before because I'd come down with bad cold/flu symptoms (fever, body aches, everything) asking if they wanted me to reschedule because I understood what an [icky] inconvenience that could be. They told me that they were still expecting me and that if I was not comfortable coming I would have to pay the cancellation fee. This I thought was absolutely ridiculous, as if I planned to get sick. It also is not accessible being that they were asking for more money on top of the $1k+ for my appointment. Further, when I came for my appointment, I was sniffing, coughing, my throat was sensitive, and I had sinus drainage - when I would move, cough, sniffle, etc. Dr. Reddy seemed very annoyed during my fill-in procedure, as did the hygienist during my cleaning. When Dr. Reddy was done, she just rushed out without saying a word (presumably because she was still annoyed). I did not think it was fair to receive this treatment when I made very clear that I was sick beforehand. Patients also have to pay for parking because according to Toya, they get in trouble for validating parking, which is absurd! Overall, they are rude, unorganized, and prioritize their revenue instead of their patients. read more

I love this place. The staff is super friendly and helpful! I came here for a routine cleaning and a problem tooth where the gum was bleeding every time I brushed for flossed. I had discussed this problem with my previous dentist with no relief of the problem. At my first visit they took x-rays and did the regular exam and found my issue. They did a deep cleaning and was able to fix my problem I had been having for years. As for billing, I didn't have to pay in advance, I paid when came in for my second appointment (I had to wait a couple weeks after the deep cleaning/medication to finish up my polish) and for the parking of $6 - you can easily have that reimbursed depending on your insurance and if you have a medical spending account through your insurance. It's the price you pay when you live in a big city with minimal parking. read more

From check-in to check-out it is a professional experience. The young lady who checked me in was very nice and efficient. The cleaning was thorough and options that would benifit me were explained as to why and how they would benifit and they quickly gave me a out of pocket expense calculation to avoid surprises. I'll make this short and to the point. I've been over charged by $341.00. The 3 visits total $1,004. My insurance paid at total of $703.00 leaving my out of pocket cost at $274.00. This is documented in my insurance statements and provided to the office ( and office manager) numerous times. I paid Creative Dentistry of Atlanta $615.00 (a $115.00 payment and a $500.00 payment) meaning that I am owed $341.00 I also provided copies of my bank statement that indicates ttwo payments totaling $615.00 to Creative Dentistry. Glad I never paid in cash. Here is what I have provided to the office and office manager on multiple occasions: 1. Personal copies of my bank statements showing a debit card was twice to make payments totaling $615.00 to Creative Dentistry of Atlanta. 2. Copies of my insurance documents indicating payment from said insurance of $703.00. 3. An email from the office manager stating the payment of $500.00 was for a procedure that, out of pocket cost me only $88.00. (Which only proves my point - oops) 4. A case number from the Better Business Bureau. Side Note: When I filed a compliant with the BBB there was a similar case dealing with Creative Dentistry of Atlanta. Not only have my attempts to contact been ignored they actually have the nerve to continue to BILL ME ! Interestingly, the amount they are "billing me" is roughly the difference of the $500 payment and $341.00 I am owed. And to add to the dysfunctionalism they ignored my requests to send my X rays to my new dentist (who are WONDERFUL by the way) which ended up costing me $79.00. since my insurance only covers once every two years. If my review is disputed or questioned I can scan and email you lengthy receipts for the services I mentioned as well as others for both of us. You mention your business is now thriving, so I did just now take a moment to go through your other reviews. Giving away Sonic toothbrushes in exchange for reviews always seems biased in my opinion. My review is for dental services from a dentist.The Christmas party and continuing education ( that is mandatory by the way ) don't show the girl that was highly unskilled. My original review is about the unprofessional and arrogant attitude of the dentist as well as her fresh out of dental tech school assistant. It was a horrible experience very similar to the other reviews. The crown I paid for is still not sitting properly and the process to even get to that crown was terrible. I had a plaster temporary that didn't even last me the walk to the car. At that point the assistant had hurt my face unintentionally so badly and kept hitting my teeth with the instruments that I didn't even care to go toothless. The temporary looked terrible with plaster stuck all over it. She bumped my whole face with her arms and sprayed my own spit on my face by accident. My husband laughed so much but when it kept on and on he took pics and video because he thought I was going to go nuts any minute and fight back Bon Qui Qui style. The wait for 2 hours as the first appointment of the day didn't help and was upsetting. They won't do a routine cleaning for lack of time but will perform the expensive procedures to collect insurance. Please just read all the reviews carefully and decide where to spend your hard earned money and use up the insurance benefits at.. They wouldn't validate the parking but will show 2 hours late. I wish you luck with the new staff and cosmetic procedures and I do hope it thrives. I just will not be back for dental services and will pray for those that do. Also, it is unprofessional to text and call someone's husband, it violates HIPPA and is illegal not to mention tacky. Keep that in mind before going through medical records without medical necessity and discussing patients. It's a small Dunwoody world. Not everyone is a disgruntled employee of yours, some are fed up patients that have been to professionals in the past and after you. My husband had not received dental care in the US before and trusted his Indian colleagues. Dr Reddy seems nice and her staff (hygienists and assistants) seem kind and nice..I must say Sabrina is the greatest asset to this office.. She is extremely kind, warm, thorough, and knowledgeable. And she is all of these things under immense pressure. I have observed her doing 4 things at once and still keeping her composure. I got a call back that same morning...and early! She had great news for me...If I could make it in that morning, they would fit me in...and I did. Excellent find.
