After an in-network search I picked this place, and I am so glad that I did. Everyone was friendly, and the office got me in and out within a reasonable amount of time. My appointment was at 10:30a. I arrived early to fill out first-time patient paperwork, and I was called back to be seen at 10:30! My cleaning went well, the technician (sorry I don't know their appropriate titles) Taphie was funny, pleasant and gentle. Lastly, the doctor was personable and educational. I will definitely be making this my home dentistry. Hopefully, they will not change staff/ownership any time soon.

I really, really like the service and especially the office atmosphere now. It seemed a little tense before. Taphie, my FAVORITE dental hygienist in the whole world, and Jennifer, a surgical assistant are two others there who deserve mountains of praise. These folks are really great. If I'm being honest, my last couple visits were my most challenging as I'm moving into the real adult world of crowns. sigh.... But, Dr. Desai seems to be determined to get a proper fit and do the job they are supposed to do. I had no idea these would be so pricy, but that's the deal when you're working with old teeth, i suppose. Keep flossing, y'all & give these kind folks a try.

After calling the insurance company I found out that was a complete lie. After this Dr Knight got very ignorant and loud with me, I in turn just walked away while realizing that this lady was completely ghetto! Furthermore, I already found a new dentist that is nice, clean professional, and who will be putting on two crowns for me for less than $2500 (... Dr Knight quoted me over $3600 for the same type if crown). Also when I tried to get a copy of my xrays from Dr Knight (knowing I was going somewhere else) tried to charge me another $45 for my records... So my new dentist took new x-rays at no additional charge! Once I saw my new dentist was ethical and professional, I gave them the $2500 before I left his office!! Dr Knight literally missed out on a couple thousand dollars over $40!! Smh, do better! ****also make sure you look her up on Healthgrades.com!! It appears this is her standard behavior. I believe she buys google reviews but healthgrades.com tells her real story. I wish I would have known this, I would not have even felt comfortable giving them by personal information!****

Didn't have to wait long for my appointment and everyone was pleasant and professional. The dental hygienist that saw me was Lynne and she was very personable and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Under Dr. Levine's management they have a variety of new tools like a 3D scanner as well as other treatment options that they didn't have before. My issue became when I had to have a root canal, my front tooth had turned dark grey and they said they could bleach it and that would help, unfortunately it didn't. So they offered to do a veneer. Which was a 1/4, so it was considered cosmetic and I had to pay out of pocket, they did a great job matching but sadly once it was applied it didn't seem to make a difference. I called and explain that I was unhappy I had paid $1500 out of pocket for the veneer that made no difference. They never returned my calls. My one front tooth was NOTICEABLE grey. Luckily I had to wear a mask at work and only recent was able to track down someone to fix it. An Endontist, who after taking out the old bleach and filling informed me 19th st dental had left old grey matter in my tooth. He cleaned it out and re-bleached it in a matter of 15min and it was fixed!! So had 19th street dental cleaned out the root canal properly I would have never needed the veneer.
