Any parent knows that's a five-star review right there. The Kaplan team is warm, friendly, and somehow makes the whole experience easy. And my little secret? Jess provided me thorough details/feedback regarding any concerns I had as well as got me onboarded/setup for my in person consult with Dr. Kaplan. The day of my in person visit was so warm and welcoming. Everyone staff I encountered were super friendly and appeared to be very happy. You felt the uplifting vibes throughout the practice. Jess took all of my photos to get me fitted for my Invisalign. I meet Dr Kaplan who was very upbeat and super friendly. He made sure I understood what to expect during my treatment as well insured I was comfortable with my decision. Jess and Dr Kaplan were very attentive and showed so much care & compassion which further confirmed I'd selected the right practice to help through my new smile journey - for the 2nd time as I just ended my braces journey October of last year. Long story short, I stop wearing my retainers post treatment which is why I ended up in Dr Kaplans office ( * shrugs shoulders/hides face lol). Good thing Invisalign treatment is only for 6-8 months, that will fly by in no time. Today (12/21) was a pre bday gift to myself. It was my official aligner fitting, yet again nothing but superb customer service. As soon as I checked in, I was presented with a bday card and chocolate (no nuts) - that's the rule lol. It's the small things that makes my day, the gesture was kind and very unexpected. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the staff member that assisted with getting my aligners on however she was absolutely AMAZING, very thorough! Dr Kaplan once again greeting me with his uplifting personality. Made sure everything was in place before I departed. I look forward to signing off on the signature wall in 8 months! Oh they have a candy station you can help yourself to once you successfully complete treatment - I included a photo of it. Thought it was cute concept. I highly recommend Kaplan Orthodontics! You can tell the environment is family oriented. The staff will make you feel right at home!

Although he was looped into my complicated plan in a very quick manner, he did not hesitate to step in and take next steps confidently. Whether it is to discuss his feedback on my plan or to connect with my surgeon- he has been extremely proactive which is very appreciated considering he is fully booked all the time. What I appreciate more is that when he notices something is wrong, he pushes back which many providers can be uncomfortable doing (for example he did not agree with teeth being pulled). Dr Brady is a provider that can be trusted to take the utmost care and Atlanta Orthodontic Specialists is lucky to have him!

Wow! This practice has had my best interest in mind since the very first day. No extra fees, costs,…read moreor added unnecessary therapies. I've had the ease of absolute trust through this chapter of my life. The result AND the process itself was an overflowing joy to experience. Thank you, Atlanta Orthodontic Specialists, for bringing me a confidence like one I never had before, for educating me more about my smile, and for expanding the longevity of my health. All the appointments were SIMPLE and to-the-point. Smooth sailing. Fast. Have a lot of questions? They'll answer them. Had a bracket snap off? They'll fit you in right away. Of course, we're working with the human body, so nothing is subject to perfection BUT Dr. Stewart & Dr. Tyler Rathburn settle for nothing less..! I posted BEFORE/AFTER photos for those reading my review to see the changes that occured through my care. I used to clench from the off-balance of my crooked teeth (look at how big my jaw muscles were in the left photo). The mechanics of my bite were terrible, causing me to pop out fillings & crowns, wear down my teeth, and wake up with random chips in my smile ~ my wallet needed a break from constantly putting out fires. If I didn't listen to the signs and symptoms, the cost of the repairs would have gone too far and to the point where I would eventually start needing implants. During my ortho treatment, my jaw muscles stopped overcompensating and my face had slimmed to a V-shape. My teeth & jaw muscles began finding balance. Ortho saved my smile from a premature death. I know you're already imagining the confidence a straight smile will bring to your life. For me, working as a cosmetic dental hygienist.. EVERYONE looks at my smile. Does that make me a picky and high maintenance individual about my teeth? Absolutely. Am I 100% satisfied in the concluding aesthetics from my care? Ummm YES. The only regret I have is WHY didn't I do this sooner? I would rave more, but when you scheduled a consultation, you'll quickly see all the positivity this place floods into people's lives.

The assistant makes sure you are comfortable and explains the process to you, and if you are not a big baby, it is smooth. You can even sit back and watch a movie while they are setting. Kristin was the assistant who fit my trays and she is amazing. Not saying the others aren't good, but Kristin is the best. Ten stars to Quest Orthodontics. What? I can only give five? What truly sets this practice even further apart from other offices, is the personal connection they build with their patients. Dr. Bens is the rare dentist who combines true professionalism with genuine compassion. He takes the time to explain everything in detail, making sure you fully understand your condition and treatment options. There is never any rush, and no question goes unanswered. What truly sets him apart is his level of involvement and advocacy for his patients. He referred me to an excellent endodontist for root canals and personally communicated with the specialist to ensure seamless care. He then referred me to a prosthodontist and went above and beyond--spending time on a phone call and texts coordinating my treatment. Dr. Bens even called me personally afterward to walk me through everything. Most impressively, after reviewing my prosthodontist treatment plan, Dr. Bens took the initiative to speak directly with the prosthodontist. That kind of dedication is extraordinary. He also took the time to carefully explain why the treatment was necessary and why the original cost was so high, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Bens is not only highly skilled but deeply invested in his patients' well-being. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone seeking outstanding dental care.

When I told the receptionist why we had returned, she literally said to me that she talked to the call center, the doctor had just left and told them that they could close early, so I would need to reschedule. It was 3:50pm and the office was still open with patients being seen. I pointed to the technician who had installed the brackets and mentioned that she was still there and all we wanted was for her to reattach them. The receptionist stated that the technician could not see my daughter without the doctor seeing her first, although we had literally just left. I mentioned that I had to take off work today and pull her out of school for the appointment and she did not care. She also told me that she would not be calling the doctor to come back and offered an appt for the following morning. I pleaded with her about calling the doctor and she literally said, "We don't have her number". The technician was literally a few feet from me, and the receptionist refused to even have her to come out to speak with me about the issue. I cannot take off work short notice, so my daughter will have to now go 3 weeks without brackets properly installed in her mouth. When I asked about going to another location, she said "I don't know anything about that'. She had no compassion or concern at all. Now I will be trying to figure out a way to have my daughter seen by another office. The customer service was so poor that I never want to set foot in that office again. I am baffled at how someone could be so insensitive and work with the public.

Mind you I've been coming to Laser Dentistry since I moved to GA in 2018 and Dee my hygienist up until she left over a year ago was the absolute best. Ever since she left, I've not been too pleased with my cleanings and Tara gets crowned "the rudest, most uncaring, rushed job, smart mouth Queen. When she started, she was rough and I told her I have sensitive teeth and asked her to be more gentle. She said "I can tell by the look on your face" and laughed. I said, Yes, you're too rough". She proceeded and was still rough and rushing. I told her she was hurting me and she replied, "Sometimes we have to bear the grit and pain". It took everything in me not to snap on her because she clearly had no clue that I'm a loyal patient but I'm not some kid she can talk down to. After literally 15 or 20 minutes, she was done. I asked her what happened to polishing my teeth and she told me she did that first. I said, "oh really". Oh I forgot to say the first round of X-rays she did came back with "error" so she had to do them again and was very rough with the "bite" process as well. After Dr Nguyen came in to check X-rays etc, he told her to do something that should've done initially that she failed to do. Then after that she told me I was done. Mind you she never gave me a rinse so my mouth felt gritty and she didn't give me my dental care package. I complained about her at checkout and thankfully Caroline went and got my rinse and Char got my care package but I overheard her tell Char, "She was only here 30 minutes" as if that was justification for her not giving me my care package. All I know is I told them I would not sit in her chair again and that she needs a whole lot of training on bedside manners and not rushing! She thought it was all funny. Luckily, I love the staff because my experience with her made me think about finding a new dentist. However, I realize she's the bad apple in the bunch and she will not run me away. So warning, go to Laser but if you want a great teeth cleaning and good bed side manners, stay away from Tara's chair. She SUCKS! Love the rest of the team tho.. so they get 5 stars but Ms Tara gets a negative 5. I said what I said. Tara, do better! PeriodT!
