Came in for my first haircut in nearly two years and initially had a good impression. The barber…read morewas welcoming and seemed to understand what I wanted. Unfortunately, that changed quickly. After the first cut, I wasn't happy and politely asked for small adjustments. Due to a miscommunication, the haircut ended up worse. When I asked for it to be fixed again, the barber became visibly frustrated and started complaining about having to make multiple changes, saying I was being excessive and that it was too much work. I even offered to pay for additional time or cuts, but the attitude continued. Mistakes and miscommunication happen -- how a business handles them matters. In this case, the lack of professionalism and customer service made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.
