From my first conversation with Steve, I instantly knew that I made the right choice. It was like talking to a friend from the first word, and I could tell he was fully invested in doing everything possible to make this evening memorable in every way. He even offered to prepare samples of his food and bring them to my home for my approval. Who does that anymore?!? On the day of my wife's celebration, Steve and his staff arrived right on time and set up a wonderful Hawaiian style buffet that was beautifully decorated.
