Light vanilla sponge filled with a vanilla custard type filling and more on top adorned with a variety of fruit. A lovely summer treat that didn't leave us overly full or buzzy with too much sugar. The cakes come in two sizes and I purchased the smaller of the two (it was 8 inch, I think? Maybe 6) which admittedly was still pretty pricey so I'd probably only reach for a full cake for special occasions but if you're in the mood for a lil' treat while you're grocery shopping grab yourself a cupcake or cookie from the bakery section.

The frosting tasted just like cream cheese frosting (it wasn't cream cheese because it was vegan!). Michelle was super easy to work with - I am not a phone person- so I liked that I was able to send Michelle a message via email, she replied right away with the info I needed, I was able to pay her remotely- and my mom was able to pick up the cake the day before the shower. Michelle is super responsive, even when my mom wasn't able to find the pick up place day of- when my mom messaged her Michelle got back to her right away. I am not exaggerating when I say that our wedding shower cake and our wedding cake was hands down the best cake I have ever had in my life.
