Her knowledge about materials, color combinations, room size and what will fit is incredible. Most of the things that I put on my "if we have space" list she was able to accommodate for us. She was able to accommodate a coffee bar(I didn't even dream of that)! She walked us through the showroom and pulled things that she thought we would be interested in and she was spot on with her choices. She helped us decide what cabinets, knobs, handles and colors would work best for our dream kitchen. When I say we have our dream kitchen we really got our dream kitchen and more because Emily was able to configure the space to allow our hearts desire. Rocky is her fur baby and he is such a gentle giant. Really this big boy is a natural service dog, his ability to soothe people is amazing. Love you Rocky! Vince was amazing with measurements and such a pleasure to chat with. He knew his business and worked with a knowledge that came through clearly. My husband loved Uncle, he did the installation, he said he had a great sense of humor and worked quickly. His experience with installation was impressive. All in all from the beginning to the end, we had an incredible experience with Element Granite & Quartz! Wonderful products, prices, and service! Thank you Emily and family for your dedication

Stephan made what was a scary process for me easy and exciting. Granite Choice did the job quickly, at a great price point and cleaned up beautifully after themselves. You just need an honest sales person, and incredible fabricators and installers. Kristen was above board. She answers text messages within moments always and was just so amazing Niko and Juan and Diego treated my space as if it was their own. They were so respectful and so tedious they did an absolutely amazing job. My countertops are fabulous. I cannot recommend this place more.

They were patient with my many questions and accommodated all requests cheerfully (even when we changed our ideas from our original bid, asking for our Super White granite to be honed, for grooves to be cut on one side of the sink for drainage, and eliminating the backsplash - before the cutting began, of course). The install was painless, and I am impressed with the quality of the material and how tight and perfect it all fits. Everyone we worked with was great, and we LOVE the results. It just didn't look like a place you can go in a browse around. I was asked to sign-in at the desk and tell them what I was looking to purchase. The place is huge! Lots of twists and turns. The man helping me took me to the floor tile, and let me browse for a few minutes. Before I get to the tile. I just want to say, I felt very uncomfortable. The place lots like it's more for businesses, mansions, estate etc. Not so much for the average home owner. They did allow me to browse a little and the one tile that I really loved was $87 a square foot. (See picture). Like I said, I felt like I was in the wrong place. Honestly, it was just me. I didn't like the atmosphere so, I left, never to return.

No one wants a product to fall short on expectations, and I do appreciate their commitment to the quality of their offering and the installation workmanship.

No workmanship, no quality work…read more When Golden Granite installed a countertop for the Wet Bar in our basement, they didn't join the two pieces correctly upon assembly and then overshaved one of the areas, resulting in a large dip. I brought this to the owner's attention immediately @completion of work and asked him to come back. He gave me a fake promise that they would come the next day and fix it. Fast forward to today, and about 30+ followup through text/calls, no progress. Couple times, they scheduled time but never showed up. Now they are not answering any calls/voicemails. In addition, they also promised me to make 3 granite pieces (dimensions given prior to start work) for the bathroom and never completed. I made the payment because the owner promised quality work. Now, he doesn't address the concerns and refuses to give the service he promised. The dip is very visible in the light and always collects a pool of water, like I anticipated. I'm not the one who writes bad reviews, but honestly, I'm so sick and tired at this point and thought it would be valuable to warn others who seek this service from his office. Please don't - it's a nightmare and you can find much better people elsewhere. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Honestly, Absolutely horrible and pathetic.
