After scanning my software and picking up the files, the videos wouldn't play. What good does it do you to scan files if the software won't allow you to play videos or open pictures? After scanning the SD card the third time, the software deletes all files on my SD card and wiped my valuable data clean. Customer service was horrible it was as though I had to figure things out on my own through the trouble shooting process.
