Our yard is relatively small, NW DC sized yard. Same size as our neighbors. Their price, just under 9K a year! I was shocked to say the least, to think anyone pays that for what is in effect 9 or 10 months worth of "service ($900 a month). We got 3 other bids for the exact same scope. The other three bids were all within 6% of each other and less than half ($~3,900) of what Hawkins wanted to charge. I don't know if they simply weren't interested in the work or if they saw a "mark" or if they actually get away with charging that.
