I highly recommend Aaron and his dad, Dale, for any fence work! Communication was great with Aaron from the very start. We had a fence topper installed on our brick wall between our house and our neighbors. We had several other companies come out with estimates but no one mentioned the unleveled top of the brick wall except Aaron. Their price was competitive and lower than some. He addressed the issue with a solution of placing trim at the bottom where there was a gap. The fence turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier! Very impressed! I called three companies that others referred and they didn't even respond! Aaron and Dale were great at answering all our questions, making suggestions and making changes on our fencing decisions. We got tempered thick glass, solid vinyl and picket as well. Everything was timely done, clean up was great and their pricing was in line with competitors (we finally got a few to show up just to get other offers). During the demo day we actually had a mama bird of 6 baby chicks feeding in a birdhouse right in the construction area. The crew carefully moved the birdhouse and build a secure post to transfer it to. They were just as concerned with their well being as we were. We got many estimates for the replacement of our wood fence, with vinyl, but we found Aaron's product and method of installation to be superior to all the others. Instead of putting in a retaining wall, they were able to do deep enough supports to not need it. Thereby saving us thousands of dollars. They removed and installed the entire fence in one day, and the next day they did the gates. We have other projects we need help with, and plan to use them. We got quotes from two different companies for a vinyl and chain link fence. Both companies the exact same product. Aaron's quote was a few hundred dollars higher, but we decided to go with them because of the lifetime workmanship warranty and representations about the quality of install method, to include filling the posts 1/3 full with concrete. The fence was installed and looks great, but they did not fill one of the posts with concrete. I was home most of the day, but had to leave before they finished and they required payment before I left. So I did not notice the issue until they were gone. I texted Aaron that night and he replied that he would take care of it. That was a week ago, and I have not heard anything since. I also requested and invoice showing paid in full on numerous occasions, as our neighbor agreed to reimburse us for half the cost. That invoice has not been received. Service was great until they got paid, and then it seems like they completely forgot I was a customer. read more
