Great people to deal with. Friendly and courteous even the work crew. Got 3 bids from different companies but because of the estimator, David, who made me feel comfortable while talking and explained each step of the process so, I went with Ross Fence Inc. The crew was here sharp had the old fencing down and installed the posts. After thier lunch break, they busted thier tails to get done. They even used a magnet deal to make sure all nails and screws were picked up so that no one would get hurt. They will be back on Monday to replace the gate to the back yard and remove all the old fence. Very great work, prompt and accurate and also very level. I will HIGHLY recommend Ross Fence Inc to family and friends. Thank you very much. Dan Chasey

I highly recommend Ross Fence! I can't say enough good things about them. They recently installed a new rolling gate for my chain link fence. The entire experience was pleasant from start to finish. David Ross and his crew completed the project on time and left no mess behind. The price was very reasonable, the materials and workmanship were top-notch, and they completed the project in a very timely manner. If you don't have time to get multiple quotes, Ross Fence is your best bet. They are thorough, make excellent recommendations, and are very easy to work with.

I am appalled at the craftsmanship and the attitude of this company. The day they were supposed to work on the fence they had to reschedule- fine. But they weren't professional about it. When they did show up- not only did they do poor work but they accidentally drilled a hole into our kitchen, an issue my dad fixed himself. They did give us a discount afterward - but only because my family called to complain. With all the obviously shoddy aspects of the fence, my dad called to complain a third time. The owner of the company said to my dad "what are you, a fence genius?" Actually yes, my dad is a great craftsman and knows perfectly how to build a fence - he wanted to pay the hefty price because he wanted professionals to do it quickly and efficiently. This is not what happened. Consider contracting a more professional company for your job

Last bit of fence completed-looks GREAT!

Rude owner. She was condescending and just didn't seem to want the business. They also never showed up for the appointment we scheduled.

I'm at a loss for words. Since the beginning it has been nothing but issues…read more I went with an aluminum double swinging gate for my driveway. - First the incorrect gate size was ordered. It's 120 lbs. The dude said he would return the original wrong one all the way back to the valley- he never ended up doing it. So i had to order the correct sized gate then figure out how to return wrong one (large 100 lb packages) in my vehicle. Thankfully I got that squared away. - the gate was finally installed- there were some scratches but that was fine. I ordered a can of touch up from the gate company and now that is all good. - after a few days, once it warmed up outside, the aluminum (like most materials) is prone to expand in the heat. When this happened the gate wouldn't close. Or if it was closed the door wouldn't open. - i reached out to Anthony and told him the gate was sticking and immediately he got defensive saying that everything worked fine when he left after installing it. We went back and forth about who was to blame for it (him not taking any accountability); he finally agreed to come out and fix it. He put me off days and days at a time. Kept giving me dates / times and he wouldn't show up. He'd make excuses and never communicate that he couldn't make it. - He finally sent one of his coworkers out to "fix" it. He basically removed some screws and the door lock plate and said it was better. Nope. Still was sticking. - Anthony as usual got defensive and shifted the blame , calling it a "Temu Gate" and basically it's junk and everyone else would charge double he's charging. No Anthony, that's not what the problem is, it wasn't installed correctly and needed adjusted to account for *heat expansion of aluminum*. Take accountability for YOUR Temu installation practices! This is not customer service. As a customer I don't pay money to people so they can get defensive and call my products TEMU, gaslight and flake flake flake. Don't bite off more than you can chew. Eventually Anthony sent another guy out who was clearly irritable that he had to come out again. He said everything is good and i shouldn't have problems. But instead of fixing it they didn't do what the manuftr recommended to do: actually reducing 1/4" or the width of the gate as I'd mentioned needed to be done on several occasions. WHAM- next day it's hot again and it's the same BS & of course the gate won't open. I responded again- to which I got the usual snappy comment. See images below. Moral of this story: Save yourself time and look elsewhere. This is the antithesis of good customer service.
