Brett was the only one who provided a reasonable, straightforward estimate, and the work was done well. Recently, we needed additional fencing installed. This is the only fencing company I recommend. Consistent quality, honest pricing, and excellent service.

I'm at a loss for words. Since the beginning it has been nothing but issues…read more I went with an aluminum double swinging gate for my driveway. - First the incorrect gate size was ordered. It's 120 lbs. The dude said he would return the original wrong one all the way back to the valley- he never ended up doing it. So i had to order the correct sized gate then figure out how to return wrong one (large 100 lb packages) in my vehicle. Thankfully I got that squared away. - the gate was finally installed- there were some scratches but that was fine. I ordered a can of touch up from the gate company and now that is all good. - after a few days, once it warmed up outside, the aluminum (like most materials) is prone to expand in the heat. When this happened the gate wouldn't close. Or if it was closed the door wouldn't open. - i reached out to Anthony and told him the gate was sticking and immediately he got defensive saying that everything worked fine when he left after installing it. We went back and forth about who was to blame for it (him not taking any accountability); he finally agreed to come out and fix it. He put me off days and days at a time. Kept giving me dates / times and he wouldn't show up. He'd make excuses and never communicate that he couldn't make it. - He finally sent one of his coworkers out to "fix" it. He basically removed some screws and the door lock plate and said it was better. Nope. Still was sticking. - Anthony as usual got defensive and shifted the blame , calling it a "Temu Gate" and basically it's junk and everyone else would charge double he's charging. No Anthony, that's not what the problem is, it wasn't installed correctly and needed adjusted to account for *heat expansion of aluminum*. Take accountability for YOUR Temu installation practices! This is not customer service. As a customer I don't pay money to people so they can get defensive and call my products TEMU, gaslight and flake flake flake. Don't bite off more than you can chew. Eventually Anthony sent another guy out who was clearly irritable that he had to come out again. He said everything is good and i shouldn't have problems. But instead of fixing it they didn't do what the manuftr recommended to do: actually reducing 1/4" or the width of the gate as I'd mentioned needed to be done on several occasions. WHAM- next day it's hot again and it's the same BS & of course the gate won't open. I responded again- to which I got the usual snappy comment. See images below. Moral of this story: Save yourself time and look elsewhere. This is the antithesis of good customer service.

We recently replaced our old wood fence with vinyl fencing and vinyl gate from Lifetime Vinyl Fence…read moreFabricators and we along with many of our neighbors are impressed with the final product. I didn't know much about vinyl fencing when I started the project, but I did my research and looked up several reputable companies. This company was the most responsive and timely and all the credit goes to Suzette. She's just amazing---super nice, patient, answered all my questions completely & thoroughly. The other companies came back with higher quotes on similar material even though they say theirs is different. Another company came close, but I went with Lifetime Vinyl because of how personable communications had been. I was confident that Suzette and her husband (Don) would get the job done right. Don came out to see me twice. Once for the initial quote and later to answer specific questions I had about the fence. I had to get hoa approval prior to installation and I was very impressed with how thorough Suzette was in submitting everything. Not only did she submit the quote and licensure, but she went above and beyond by including recommendations from another hoa. Suffice it to say, the hoa approved. Once we agreed to move forward, a date was set and we put down 50% of the cost which included removal of the old fence. On installation day, 2 guys arrived 20 mins ahead of schedule (I was outside doing some last minute covering of rose bushes so they wouldn't scratch the crew). They were nice and professional. Don arrived not long after to mention specific details about one area of the fence. Another guy came later to help with the removal & installation of the gate. The crew worked diligently all day long despite the heat. The final result brought greater curb appeal to not only our home, but also that of the neighborhood as well since much of our fence can be seen when people drive into the neighborhood. On top of that, when I had trouble registering for the warranty from the manufacturer, Suzette kindly did it for me with a copy and email showing that we're registered. I'm so grateful to Suzette for going above and beyond to make this such a wonderful experience. Lifetime Vinyl Fence gets more than 5 stars from this satisfied customer.
