ABSOLUTELY AMAZING COMPANY TO WORK WITH! Having worked in the industry myself, I can say with 120% confidence that Sasha and her team are exceptional. We hired them for our wedding, and from the very first conversation, Sasha went above and beyond to make sure every detail was exactly the way we envisioned it. On the day of the wedding, her team exceeded all expectations. Their service was flawless--they not only took incredible care of our guests, but also made sure my husband and I had everything we needed throughout the entire day. If you're considering hiring them for your next event, stop thinking and just do it. You won't regret it! read more

We used CICC for our wedding, our guests can't stop raving about them and neither can we!! Sasha was amazing at helping us from the start and was so communicative throughout the whole planning phase. She was also there the night of to make sure everything went smoothly. Everything we tried at the tasting was delicious and it tasted even better at the wedding, which we were worried about consistency given we had about 175 plates of food. The service the day of the wedding was just on another level. As bride and groom, I never was without a drink or food, they made sure we got to try everything while we were taking pictures and kept checking on us throughout the dinner service. Sarah was just absolutely amazing and so sweet, as well as the rest of the team. They provided this high standard of service to all of our guests. We hope to get to work with them in the future for another event. We definitely recommend Creations in Cuisine for your next occasion! read more

Incredible service! All of the details were taken care of and we could just enjoy the wedding and our guests. Truly made for the BEST evening ever! Food was super delicious too! read more

I can't say enough great things about Creations. I schedule 3 large parties in 3 months, and every time was better than the last. Amber and her team were professional, efficient and left my house cleaner than it was. And the food. Delicious!! Everyone at my parties raved about it. There was nothing that people didn't like. I used the same crew, led by Ashley, which was great for continuity. They were able to come and know exactly what to do. I highly recommend CCC for any of your catering needs. I will be a customer for life!! read more

I have used this caterer for many events-the first being our son's wedding reception 26 years ago! They are professionals - from Amber the event planner, Pam the Captain, their fabulous chef and the staff who saw to our every need. We had an outdoor graduation celebration for our grandson and his friends and families. They took charge from the planning stage and guided me to make good decisions. Don't hesitate to hire them for all your catering needs! read more

Wonderful caterer and great staff to work with. We have used CCC multiple times & our guests always say how delicious the food is. They are willing to work with us on more challenging dietary restrictions like vegetarian, GF, dairy free, & low sodium. Since we often have seniors in our groups it's a comfort to have a wonderful partner like CCC to rely on. I selfishly don't want to share how excellent they are in hopes they'll always be available for us when we need them but I also believe in celebrating those partners who are great partners. Thanks to CCC for another lovely event for our guests! read more

Creations in Cuisine catered my Desert Botanical Garden wedding and did such a fantastic job. Amber was so easy (and fun!) to work with and was able to accommodate so many requests and food sensitivities. Service throughout the entire night was efficient and smooth. The food was AMAZING, from the passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour to dinner. I got multiple messages from loved ones telling me how much they loved the food and how great it was. Besides this, they seriously took such great care of my husband and I throughout the day. Our event captain made sure we were fed throughout our pictures all the way to sending us home after the wedding with boxes of food for us to enjoy at the end of the night. You won't be disappointed with CICC! read more

best catering service from presentation to cleanup . The food was awesome. Totally recommend this company for all your events.

Creations in Cuisine provided exceptional service, top-tier food, and a flawless experience at our award ceremony. The professionalism of their team and the quality of their offerings helped make the event a memorable one for all involved. We received numerous compliments from our employees about the food and decor. We gave Sasha a vision and she replicated it flawlessly and gave us suggestions that enhanced the design. Much more than a caterer, they provide flatware, linens and flowers as well. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. Highly recommended! read more

We worked with Creations in Cuisine Catering for our wedding, and they did a great job! Sasha was very helpful throughout the entire process - from menu development and tasting to equipment rental and set up. It was very convenient to order tables, linens, flatware and bar service from CICC instead of finding another vendor(s). The team that worked our wedding was professional, helpful and extremely attentive to us and our guests. Pam, Sarah and Ashley B. helped make the night a total success and the food was INCREDIBLE. They also left the kitchen and food set up areas spotless when they departed. Our bartender, Duane, was awesome and kept the bar running smoothly and the drinks flowing. We highly recommend CICC for weddings and other events. read more

We recently used Creations in Cuisine for two of our most recent events in April, at the Phoenix Zoo and the Mesa Arts Center, and our expectations were greatly exceeded. Sasha provided excellent customer service - Sasha was efficient, professional & and resulted in two amazing events and very happy guests. She was able to quickly create solutions to problems, give needed feedback and provide much needed hands on service for such a large event. We look forward to working with Sasha and her team again in the near future for all of our events. Thanks again for everything, Sasha! read more

We hired Creations in Cuisines for our wedding at Agave of Sedona (venue) and they were amazing from beginning to end!!! We had to postpone our wedding multiple times due COVID and we could not have been more thankful for CIC for being a great partner throughout it all. We'd like to give a special shoutout to Amber who was our main point of contact. She was super responsive, helpful, professional, had incredible attention to detail, and brought a sense of calm and positivity in a stressful time. We truly felt like we were amongst family with Amber and felt taken care of. Beyond the incredible customer service, the food was so so delicious, unique, and artful! We did a heavy hors d'oeuvre style dinner (the street tacos and street corn were amazing!) with milkshakes for dessert, instead of cake. We received so many compliments from our guests on the food and how friendly the staff was. CIC also helped us make a menu that accommodated a variety of dietary needs (Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy Free), and met the event's vibe. They also helped us make decisions on the event to make it more eco-friendly. CIC was so great to work with. We could not recommend them enough!!! read more

The team at CNC did an amazing job with the brunch spread at our wedding. They were incredibly organized with the planning phase, came in cost competitive for many of the items, and were responsive in communication leading up to the day of the wedding including last minute adjustments. We received numerous complements from our guests on the food served at our wedding (even from people who don't like breakfast food that it was the best omelette they have ever had) and think the team serviced the wedding well. Would highly recommend you considering this team for any of your event catering needs. read more

Creations in Cuisine catered our daughter's wedding at the Phoenix Art Museum at the end of April, 2019. They were fantastic. With 85 plated dinners, everyone's food arrived at the tables hot and cooked perfectly. The sauce on the baked cod was delicious, the steak was tasty and tender. The Vegetarian spaghetti pie was so good, we had many guests order that just because we talked it up ahead of time. Everyone knows that though quality is important, if the service doesn't match, then the evening can be ruined. NOT A PROBLEM. The service was excellent. Shout out to Veronica who served us at the Parent's Table. She did an outstanding job, going above and beyond what she needed to do for us. Jade - your crew was awesome. Thank you Amber, for making our overall experience fabulous. You communicated with us prior to the event and made sure everything went off without a hitch. The wedding was perfect, and the food was a great compliment to the joy we felt that evening. read more

We had the pleasure of having our wedding catered by this fantastic company. Kevin was a dream to work with! He was always in contact with us, making sure any questions we had were answered. The food was nothing short of amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better dinner to share with our families on our wedding night. Thank you Kevin and the Creations in Cuisine team! I will always recommend them to anyone looking for spectacular catering services. read more

I was just on the phone asking about them catering a wedding. Mind you I said up front I'm not the best at this nor do I know about pricing but she insisted I give her a price so she can help based on that. I giver her a price and immediately was rude saying, "for $10 a person!? No. That's is undoable" and kept repeating that to me as if Thats the end of the world.. that's not how you talk to a possible client. Maybe their food is good, but I will not know because I will not be using them. I suggest a nicer employee to answer the phones. read more

We are so pleased with how our wedding food turned out! Everyone RAVED about the food from start to finish! We had a great experience from our tasting and knew we needed to choose Creations in Cuisine. We felt very comfortable with how mindful they were with COVID protocols with the servers and they made sure my now husband and I were immediately given a small plate of appetizers after our ceremony before photos started, which was a very nice touch. Definitely a pleasure to work with Kevin, who was always so quick to respond with any questions we had along the way! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. We had scheduled a tasting to potentially use this company to cater our wedding. Confirmed and everything via Email by their wedding specialist Kevin Scarborough. I get an email a month later asking to reschedule because they just recently booked a "bigger" event. I tell them no because my parents took time off work to come to AZ to taste that specific weekend. Then I get an email saying that the date we were confirmed on is now not available and they have to reschedule....Our wedding isn't for a while but I was very upset because I felt like my wedding day wasn't as important as their "big" event they had just booked. This was very disheartening and unprofessional. We were not satisfied at all and we didn't even get to taste the food. read more

I attended an event recently that included 150-200 people. The buffet offerings included three entrees including a vegetarian option (which I appreciated when reading the menu), beef and chicken, salad, and green chili mac and cheese. In the buffet line there were at least 40 people behind me. I would like to say that the salad was bright, crisp and crisp but there was none left. I would also like to say that the Paella Stuffed Pepper was delicious but there was none left. I would like to say that the chicken was plump and juicy but, although it looked, smelled and the pan sauce and toppings tasted delicious it was very dry. The Chimichuri Flank Steak was absolutely the best part of the whole meal. It was perfectly cooked and melt in your mouth tender. The service staff were very apologetic and obviously embarrassed and in my opinion left hanging by a front person who should have taken the hit for the discrepancies. read more

This review is LONG overdue. I work in marketing at a large retail company and I plan in-store events at our location in Scottsdale several times in year. Each time I need catering in-store, I call Carrie at Creations in Cuisine as I know she'll take care of us. She is responsive, is so great at offering suggestions and works within our budget. After every event, I hear rave reviews from my store manager and they request to work with them again. Most importantly, I hear that the customers loved the food and beverages and that the staff came dressed in a presentable fashion. Sometimes, when searching for a vendor for an in-store event, it's hard to find as you have to guess if the caterer's wedding experience will translate into a retail environment. I'm glad I found Creations in Cuisine because all of the guesswork is gone. They are my go to in the Scottsdale area! read more

I'll keep it short and sweet, I can never eat regular pasta again....ever. I've been absolutely ruined in the most awesome way by Creations In Cuisine and Pasta Rea. Seriously, that good. read more

I highly recommend Creations in Cuisine for any type of catering you may need. I used them for a brunch And the food was phenomenal. Everything was so easy to order thanks to Sasha Who gave the best advice and suggestions as to what to order. My brunch was on a Sunday and the set up went very smoothly. All 40 of my guests were so impressed by the food and now I'm trying to think of another then you to have so I can use them again! read more

Tony and his staff never ceases to impress me! I've hired his company to cater two events and I occasionally stop by just to pick up something for dinner every few weeks. All I can say is, Wow! Do yourself a favor and pick up some REAL fresh pasta. Phenomenal food, amazing service, what a class act! read more

I recently attended business meeting in Downtown Phoenix and apparently these guys were the ones behind the amazing food I ate. Maybe it was the fact that it was free (that always seems to skew my opinion of food) but it tasted like someone paid a bunch of money for it. I had some hella tasty beef empanadas which had a nice chipotle flavor to it. I was also served some chicken in a tortilla that was oozing with what I think was pepper jack cheese. Everything also had great sauces to go with the food. My business is not big enough yet to cater meals for meetings but when that day will come I think these guys will be one of the first I'll call. PS - If you can make a twitter feed where I can crash some more of your catered events and get more of those empanadas that would be great. read more

We used Creations in Cuisine for our Wedding in November and they were a total hit. Professional, attentive, organized, easy to work with and customer focused are just some of what comes to mind when I think of Tony and his WONDERFUL staff. And, how could I forget the food?! People have been raving about the quality and flavor of the food since the wedding- and I had some hard to please guests. We had a beef, fish and pasta dish and all were excellent. What's even better is they got the small things right- from the "captain" (think head waitress) introducing herself to me and making sure that if I had any problems or concerns that she would take care of them to working with us on all our special requests to making sure that my dog (who yes, was in attendance) had food and water. We supplied all of our own alcohol, and the Creations and Cuisine team served it- including a signature cocktail. Amazing! Oh, and how can I forget Tony working within our budget. Friggen awesome. Here's an example- beef dishes are expensive; more than we wanted to spend, but we really wanted that option. So Tony used some creative thinking and designed a plate that featured 2-3oz fillets instead of one 6oz fillet, which saved us a ton of money- not to mention the presentation was gorgeous! From start to finish working with Tony and his team was an absolute pleasure. If you're planning an event, look no further and just hire Creations in Cuisine. I promise you'll be glad that you did. read more

I worked with Creations in Cuisine for a small (about 20 people) event my work was putting on for our Board of Directors. I worked mostly with Frank Vara, the co-owner, who I found to be VERY patient and willing to work with me. I think we changed our menu selections about 3829028 times! Frank sent me their standard menus, but also worked with me to create unique choices based on what we were looking for. He was always very prompt and sent me updated invoices and menus. I thought I was being incredibly annoying but I'm sure I had nothing on some of the Bridezillas they probably work with. They arrived for set-up exactly on time and put together a beautiful display. One of the chefs called me a few days before and got some specifics on our event so she could plan on how to arrange the food and put together some decorations for the food tables. It was beautiful and festive (without being specifically "Christmas" or "holiday" which is what we wanted) and the food was AMAZING. Our plan was to have several options of appetizers that people could make a meal out of if they wanted to. No one wants to leave an evening event hungry, right? Well, I'm pretty sure we succeeded. Protip: Opt for their antipasto tray and inquire about the stuffed shells. The staff member was diligent about clearing empty plates and packaged up all the leftovers for us. He also took care of the trash and cleaned up everything. I thought their prices were EXTREMELY reasonable (including delivery fee, gratuity, etc.) and after hearing rave reviews on the food from both staff and board members alike, I will be passing keeping Creations in Cuisine in my contacts for future planning. read more

We hired them for our wedding day at the desert botanical gardens and they did an amazing job! We had shrimp and mahi mahi tacos and they were delicious. We used Creations In Cuisine Catering for a Christmas/Holiday party for our work. They were spectacular. The food was amazing, the setup, the employees, everything was immaculate. I didn't hear one bad thing about them from anyone at the party. Actually, most of our employees wanted their name so they could use or refer them in the future. The quality of food was unsurpassed. The appetizers and dinner were out of this world. The staff and chefs were amazing. They were so nice, helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a caterer in the Phoenix area that you give them a call. We were not disappointed and will definitely be calling them again in the future. read more

I am a vendor and refereed Creations In Cuisine to my client as they are pre approved with the venue. The experience was so horrific that the bride considered voiding our contract because she did not want to be associate with a vendor who would refer such a rude, unprofessional and unresponsive caterer. She ask for a quote in September and they tried to sell her a wedding planing package...I was mortified !!! I told the bride that is was a miscommunication. She ask for a other quote and they didn't respond, 6 weeks later she is still waiting. It appears because she didn't want to fork up the thousands of dollars for the wedding planning package they would not work with her. As a vendor our biggest fear is to refer another vendor who falls short. As a vendor I writing this review so brides are aware of the horrible service and lack of professionalism but more importantly for vendors, I don't want anyone who's lively hood is based on referrals to experience what I have with this lacking catering company. read more

We used Creations in Cuisine food catering service and bartender for our wedding on May 21, 2016. We had passed hors d'oeuvres (3 choices) and a plated meal (2 choices) with wine service at dinner. We had a full open bar, we provided the alcohol and they provided the bartender and mixer package. Amy at Creations in Cuisine was great to work with and always replied promptly to emails. She was very flexible with us working on the menu and adding a few things last minute (linens, glassware, etc). Guests said they enjoyed the food and the waiters kept everyone's wine glasses full during dinner. The servers were good and meals were plated properly and timely. Guests said they enjoyed the food and there were no major complaints, so I would recommend them for sure. The one area I think could be improved was the bartender. He was fine and friendly, but didn't seem to want to do more than the bare minimum. We had planned to have signature drinks, but he said he never received the recipes even though I had emailed them to Amy a few days earlier. To be fair we didn't get him all the ingredients he needed, but I think a good bartender can fake it a little bit or get creative - he was just going through the motions. At one point my wife asked him for a glass of water and he handed her a Bud Light. He also didn't seem to know where some of the wine and liquor we had purchased was even though our day of coordinator said she explained everything to him. In the end it was fine and everyone got drunk and had fun, but that could have been a little smoother. Amy also recommended a day-of coordinator that we ended up using who did a good job. So overall I would work with Creations in Cuisine again for good service at a reasonable price. read more

I first met Frank (owner) at an event for TGen. His creations were absolutely delicious! So I brought Creations in Cuisine on board for St. Jude "A Night in Venice" Gala. Once again stellar service! My Fiancé and I made an appointment to taste their food. Confirmed via email by their wedding specialist Kevin. We receive an email a month after confirming our date asking if we can reschedule because they had just booked a bigger event for the same day. My Fiancé told them no because her parents were in town that specific weekend to choose a caterer for our wedding. Then we receive an email saying they have to reschedule and the date which we were already confirmed on was no longer available. This was very unprofessional because they had confirmed with us a month before they even booked their new event. We feel like we were just pushed aside so they can make more money by catering a bigger event vs. our little appointment. Without even tasting the food we were already left with a bad taste of this company. read more

I knew I wanted 3 super quality vendors for my wedding. Food, flowers, and photos. Man did we nail it with all 3! First off, coordinating with Amber at Creations in Cuisine was a pure joy. You can tell she really wants you to enjoy yourself and that everything is just what you want. They don't try to push you in to more than you need and they are SUPER accommodating. I have celiac disease and we had a bunch of allergies in our group and they took into consideration ALL of them. Everyone could eat everything. And my little nephews were PUMPED that they got mac and cheese. One of my nephews decided he really liked the catering captain on the day, and kept talking to her and showing her around the yard. She was so great with him. The buffet tables they set up were gorgeous, beyond what we had expected. The thought they put into everything was so lovely. And the food! Oh my gosh! We're still talking about the flank steak, and my brother couldn't get enough of the street tacos. I feel like food often fall short with large catering, this did NOT disappoint. It's also great that they work with the rental vendor so we could batch it all in to one! Amber, if you see this, thank you for answering all my questions, for being so kind, and always a joy to talk to. You all are the best! read more
