I scheduled a Morpheus8 treatment and waited months for my appointment. Upon arrival, RH Aesthetic drew approximately 100 mL of my blood as part of the planned procedure. Only after drawing my blood was I informed that I was not a candidate for treatment based on an assessment that, in my experience, was inaccurate. My concern is not that they declined to perform the procedure. Providers should always exercise clinical judgment when appropriate. My concern is that a thorough consultation and candidacy assessment should have occurred before any blood was drawn. At the time, I was anemic, making the situation even more concerning. Drawing blood and then determining a patient is ineligible for treatment reflects poor screening and questionable clinical workflow. Patients trust medical spas to make these determinations before initiating any part of a procedure. Since then, I have undergone multiple Morpheus8 treatments elsewhere without issue and was considered an appropriate candidate. While my views on Morpheus8 technology itself have evolved over time, that is separate from this review. The issue is the lack of proper assessment before proceeding with treatment preparation. This experience left me feeling that patient care and safety were secondary to process and appearance. For that reason, I cannot recommend RH Aesthetic and am leaving a one-star review. There are many qualified providers who take the time to properly evaluate patients before beginning treatment. I encourage prospective clients to do their research and choose a provider that prioritizes thorough consultation, patient safety, and professional clinical judgment.

When we booked the spa package, we were not informed that the relaxation area was an open space located in the lobby with only room dividers for separation. We had expected a private relaxation room, so the open layout was surprising and did not provide the peaceful atmosphere we anticipated. Additionally, no one explained which amenities were included in our package upon arrival. There was a red light therapy room adjacent to the relaxation area, and we mistakenly assumed it was included. A front desk employee responded by raising her voice and informing us that it required an additional fee. A brief explanation of the available amenities and package inclusions at check-in would have prevented this misunderstanding and created a much more positive experience. The refreshments also felt underwhelming for a spa package, consisting of packaged Costco madeleines, Lindor chocolates, and lemon water that was described as infused water. Finally, the relaxation area itself was quite small, with only two spa chairs, a table, and two couches. It did not appear to comfortably accommodate a group of up to ten people. Overall, while the massage therapists and estheticians provided outstanding care, the lack of communication regarding the spa package, the limited and public relaxation space, and the unprofessional interaction with the front desk staff significantly impacted our experience. With clearer communication, improved customer service, and more accurate expectations of the group amenities, the experience could be greatly enhanced.

This is a response to the manager on my last review…read more First of all, your "accurate circumstances" are a joke. You failed to mention that your staff was unprofessional, took an hour and a half for a simple soak off, and literally made my fingers bleed without a single apology. I didn't "drive away" to avoid a fair price, I left because I'm not paying full price for physical injury and garbage service. Go ahead and call whoever you want, I have the photos of the damage you did to my hands. Fix your staff before you try to fix your reputation online.
