Went in for a groupon message, decided I would allow the doctor to…read moredo some adjustments--gave them my insurance and they told me they verified that I was in network and collected a copayment for each visit. Then I get a bill from collections for the whole thing! I contact my insurance and they did not have a claim number on file which means the doctor's office did not file a claim, or even tried to bill but. They did call to inquire about my coverage that's it. They knew I was out of network and lied to me to keep me coming back multiple times, knowing someone at the end of the day is stuck with bill. I called the office and asked for my copay money back and they refuse to give it to me. I am paying the collection agency for the bill (reluctantly so it doesn't damage my credit). So that copayment amount is now THEFT on their end. I'm filing consumer reports and fraud reports and filing every bad review I can with this place, called every day. They messed with the wrong person... So please DO NOT GO HERE! They LIE and STEAL!
