These guys have a huge selection of mods, tanks, premium and house juices, amongst many other vaping accessories and attire. They have exceptional customer service and are very helpful in answering any questions I might have. They are very capable of providing beyond adequite and professional courtesy, all the while maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment. The pricing is pretty fair and to an extent, they will price match. Not too many places have that kind of system. Granted if you want a decent set up, the price can get up there. But at the same time, these people will do what they can to work with and help a customer obtain a more-than-satisfactory set-up that theyve budgeted for. Theres several people that work there, but the ones who I found to be the most helpful to me are Enrique, Hollye, Byron and Sam. Talk to any of these guys and you'll be in great hands! I'm not sure where to start but to sum up my first AND last visit, they are rude and unfriendly. Three ppl standing around and no one said hello, looking for something? Nothing. I will never be back nor would I recommend. To the lady with the buzz cut working there, the one who was too busy arranging the vapes to say hello-even when I walked over to look at the vapes and she literally closed the door and walked off. Not a word. You need to get out of the customer service business...immediately! Wow, I'm not sure how to you expect to stay in business, but you should seriously educate yourself and your horrible employees on the failed business stats in the area. Zero coins spent here. But down the street at a much nicer staffed vape shop, I bought a nice mfeng vape, a cloud beast tank and six juices. I went in to this place on a dare to try a juice there. The guy said it was the worst thing he ever had. I hit it once and I thought not to bad. Hit it again little worse. Third time I hit it was the worst thing I've ever done. Anyways I ended up buyin a tip that looked like a bullet. It was funny and made my IStick sound like a plane takin off. Well that tip destroyed my coil. It only lasted 4 days. I went back in there today just to tell them. Ended up buyin a new battery and a new tank. I had enough points to get a free bottle of juice. I got Decloned. That juice was the best juice I've ever had from any store. I am definitely goin to go back just for that juice. It is amazing. read more

This place your go to for everything vaping their house blends are incredible. When you need help or have any questions or concerns they will help! They have amazing service in every way! If you want to come up with your own mix of flavors they will do it and let you name it! Sam is a epic coil builder and will build you coils if he is there and they aren't having a sale that day he also has made at ton of incredible flavors such as Happy Dracula! My favorite vape shop in Mesquite. I live realatively close, and went in here when they first opened. I've been going ever since. The staff is knowledgable and fun.
