I went to a couple other body shops just to be sure and then had Chuck have a look. After a careful examination, Chuck assured me that he if given the opportunity, would be able to make the necessary repairs to make my car look right. To my relief, his estimate was not only fair but the lowest of the three shops I had taken my car for estimates. When I went to pick my Jaguar up, I was surprised on just how good my car looked! Chuck not only met my expectations, he exceeded them with the beautiful work and detail he put in bringing my car back. I would like to thank Chuck for the great job he performed on my car and I would not have a problem recommending him to family and friends. Go ahead and give Chuck Gilbert and his Body Shop and try. He will not disappoint.

That body shop did such a horrible job and was so difficult to work with that I decided to look into trying another shop, which is when I came across Kaczars. Kaczars was able to handle all insurance issues related to work already done and they made it so easy. When I got my car back, I felt like I just got it off the lot. It was absolutely perfect! Just my luck... not too long after taking in my 1st car in, my 2nd car, BMW, was hit by a deer. Knowing the fantastic work Kaczars does, there was no question that my 2nd car was going there. Once again, Kaczars did an outstanding job and I am absolutely thrilled with the work. I would absolutely recommend this company for any type of body work... insurance related or just updates/upgrades. They are the best at what they do! Ps - I mention the make of my cars to point out that Kaczars is well rounded and can work on domestic and foreign models of cars.
