To list a few occurrences, my daughter fell down at home and her face had a bruise from the incident. The teacher texted me and said "you really sent your daughter to daycare with a bruise on her face" after I already explained to the staff what occurred. They proceeded to contact CPS on me which caused unnecessary stress on my family. Second, my son would ring us in to the facility which some staff would allow him to do but when Melissa saw him do this, she reported us to workforce. Third, my mom would come with me to drop off my daughter and since she was on a phone call, the staff decided to say she was recording the facility and reported that as well. Lastly, I went to pick up my daughter and I heard a staff member yelling at a child and scaring them in the play area, when I approached the manager she said "I will talk to her about it" who knows if anything was even done. This lack of professionalism and human decency/compassion for children and their families should be thoroughly investigated. I would not trust my dog at this daycare let alone my child. I have removed my daughter from this facility and I recommend no one places their child in the care of these so called "child care" employees.

Initially, I was not in favor of public school and put my daughter in a charter school for kindergarten. There, I learned that smaller classes don't mean a better education. After a rough start there, I did a little more work on finding the positive attributes of public school. Cy-Fair really changed my outlook. While the elementary schools hover at around 1000 students each, I've learned that the teachers and staff can make that seem less overwhelming. Plus, an active PTO throughout makes up in the areas where the school needs help. My daughter is entering her third year at public school and loves it. I am so pleased Cy-Fair proved to me that public school is still a viable option even in a huge metropolitan area.

These people love my girl and she loves them. We left our other daycare program at our local church for so many reasons and KRK took care of every single issue we had. Here are the reasons I love KRK TOMBALL: 1. Open 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM 2. They serve/provide all the food (peanut free school as well) 3. 11 holidays off the entire year (our old program had 35 DAYS OFF from August to May!! ) 4. Open all year long/ no summer breaks 5. Within very close proximity of our home 6. Cameras 7. No car rider lines/just park - also no issues with pickup because parents all pickup kids at different times of the day 8. Tip top security (mirrored windows, fences that are shaded in, coded entry, etc.) 9. Procare app - they utilize this app for classroom transfers, bathroom breaks, nap times, what they are learning that day, incident reports if any (booboos and treatment), and fun pictures when they play outside. 10. The cost is worth everything they provide here - esp the peace of mind (we pay $285/week for a 2T toddler 5 days a week) 11. f you request off in advance they let you take the week off cost free for a vacation (after being there a year) 12. If you refer anyone to KRK they give you and the referral a week off of pay! I could probably come up with 20 more things about why I love this school. On top of having everything together, the staff genuinely seems to love their jobs and working with little ones as I never see much turnaround. No services, no resources, and no teaching has been provided. We were trying to be understanding of the circumstances and suggested the week to be prorated or potentially pay half tuition. The owners and director did not even address the families and are still demanding full pay. (Again, for no service being provided). We are extremely disappointed in KRK as they do not take into consideration the working families having to take off work (not getting paid) and still having to pay full price for no services being provided. How is it fair that working families do not get paid if we do not go to work, but your employees get full pay for doing absolutely nothing for the week? Send your children somewhere else that CARES about family and your children.

From the moment we enrolled our son at 3 years old I could see the love and dedication she put into not only teaching but also nurturing each child. I feel completely at ease knowing my child is in a safe environment where they are not only learning academics but also being taught the importance of kindness, respect, and good manners. We were with her at her previous school and by luck, we moved not too far from where she opened her own school. It's small school that was built with a lot of love. A lot of attention is given to each of her students. She makes individual journals with pictures of each of her students to record their progress and to share with you how your child is progressing and she updates them monthly. Our family gets a kick out of seeing what our 3yr old is doing and surprised at what they work on. She goes through in detail why certain skills are valued in the Montessori method and let me tell you, I appreciate all the little touches, like bible verses, and being taught to share. It's pretty awesome to find our little boy has skills that I didn't think were possible for a 2-3 yr old. I toured a couple different schools in the area to be fair and to compare what's out there and some were too clinical. They had wire in the glass that made it feel like a mental institution. This school harkens back to a more organic, warm, and nurturing environment. I say tour schools and don't forget to add this school to your list.

My son trusts the care providers there and he is always happy when I pick him up. I feel safe leaving him there while I am at work all day which is hard enough as it is.
