I heard the vast difference in tone when she spoke to the other more obvious Latinx people in the room. I have social anxiety and an injury, hence why I am not working right now and needed the help. when people swallow their pride and come asking for a bit of help, the last thing they need is more apparent scrutiny and ugliness. I should have just gone to any other location. Even the gas price here seemed high as opposed to all the other Fred Meyer locations.
