I brought my truck in for Ziebart service, expecting professional results. Instead, the work was rushed and sloppy. They globbed the Ziebart product all over my paint, and I had to bring the truck back because the job was so poorly done. That alone was frustrating, but unfortunately it got worse. When I picked up my vehicle the first time, I noticed a new dent that was absolutely not there before. Ziebart immediately claimed it didn't happen in their shop, yet they never completed any prior-damage paperwork on my truck when I dropped it off. No walk-around, no notation, nothing. If they're going to deny responsibility, the very least they should do is document vehicles properly -- but they didn't. Trying to get answers from management was just as disappointing. The regional manager, Connor, was incredibly unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve the situation, he was dismissive and refused to acknowledge their mistakes or the lack of documentation. For someone in a leadership position, the attitude and lack of accountability were shocking. I expected a reputable company to care about their work and their customers. Instead, I left with extra hassle, a dent that wasn't there before, and zero responsibility taken by their management. I opted for the Johnson IR supreme window tint film, 45% around except for the front window, which was 70%. I wanted a super ceramic tint that would provide excellent heat retention without being too dark. They installed the wrong film twice during the warranty process and tried to say the tint was "old," when it was actually the wrong product. Most recently, the tint was redone again this weekend, and within just a few days the driver-side window is already peeling (see photos). They kept my car all day and had me pick it up after hours when it was dark, making it difficult to properly inspect the work. What was most concerning was a racial comment made to me when I was leaving. The owner said that "Black guys have pulled a gun on him before" and implied he thought I might do the same. That was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I recommend reading the Yelp and negative Google reviews before trusting this business with your vehicle.
