The target market is small restaurant owners. Virtually everything is frozen. Steaks are pre-cut into uniform sizes. Other items come in portion packs, or larger restaurant quantities (e.g., french fries). We will be moving in a month to a location in Hedgesville about 15 miles from the nearest grocery and we plan to stop here to get stuff to fill the freezer. It's just two of us, so the individual frozen portions are great. Store is much more convenient than Costco in Winchester, and we can also go to Martins or Wal-Mart nearby to pick up the other stuff for our "big shop" outing.

I have to say, my husband and I are VERY pleased and have gone past our one week "trial run" and are now entering our third week. Second, I am a working mom, and by the time I get home after being stuck in traffic, cooking is the last thing I want to do. Dinner is done, and I can spend more time with my daughter when I get home. Third, the food is really, really good. Ingredients are high quality and what I'd make at home if I had the time. Fourth, portions are awesome. We signed up for the deluxe, and I split my meal with my daughter (15 months old) and I am more than full. My husband is always full off of one meal too.
