OH MY, what a pleasant surprise. I ordered 24 crape myrtles. I expected twigs with bare roots. I opened the well packed boxes and found the most beautiful plants beyond my expectations. The plants were all healthy and in individual pots. I do not know why anyone would write a negative review. Clint has answered the phone when I called, and called me back when I left messages. Not sure why customers were so brutal with their comments. I found a very knowledgeable, friendly businessman, ready to help, wish he was my neighbor! I ordered online six Natchez crape myrtles and have to say I am very pleased. The order arrived as promised, the six trees were very well packaged and the trees were in excellent shape. As I planted each one I was really impressed with the high quality of the root system because it was intricate and full but not choking. Wow! The crepe myrtles arrived yesterday and they look amazing and beautiful. I expected some tiny leafless sticks that would be difficult to survive, but these are plenty tall, in dirt, and look like they should transplant beautifully. I ordered 30 Hobi Crape Myrtle plants. The plants arrived in two boxes and were in excellent shape. They were nice and green, healthy and over half were ready to start blooming. After a week in the ground, they all seem to have adapted to their new home and doing well. I was a little concerned planting in the middle of the summer in central Alabama, but I followed the planting instructions and so all is well.
